Likelihood to Recommend Working with many employees at the same time would be the perfect scenario to let us test all the potential that the Breezy HR platform has to offer, since its organizational capacity is large enough to be able to organize and coordinate the attendance and absence information of many workers without losing track of the job. Reviewing documents where data is needed about each employee's behavior, including their daily attendance hours, tracking of all the absences they have taken since starting at the company, and comments about their potential, which would be excellent for reporting during promotional seasons. The management of many employee lists through database services, which thanks to the platform's adaptation to cover external service software operations such as Microsoft Excel, means that it is possible to import employee databases when moving information from a storage platform.
Read full review For large, global companies, SAP Success Factors HCM excels in recruitment, performance tracking, profile management, attendance management, and employee development. Yet, for smaller businesses or those with basic HR needs, it may prove too complex and costly as it is challenging to maintain, and the initial cost is too high.
Read full review Pros Organization. It provided an incredible way to streamline applicants and their place in the process. With a strong search capability, you can find anyone no matter where they are in the process. And you can see if they've applied elsewhere in your company. User friendliness. Not everyone understands technology. Even more so when web programs are involved. I am well versed in programs like these, and did a lot of vetting before making our purchase, so training came easy. It also - to our happiness - came easily to people who've never seen these programs. Breezy was there to help with the issues we had understanding; however, we didn't need them much because the interface was just that easy. Options. They have third party integrations, and are willing to open to more. They want to make their program useful in more than one way. Breezy crew worked with us to link to our HRIS system. They also have a great many integrations that are relevant to any small business (we are not small, but this would be a great choice for a small company just starting out and seeking to understand what they need). Read full review The product is straightforward to use. The product allows instant edits if a mistake is made and is very helpful in keeping track of individual employee working hours. Use of the platform ensures that your business is connected to a global workforce experience powered by modern HR technologies and AI. Implementation of the software ensures an excellent workforce experience and accelerates overall business performance. Read full review Cons Their calendar functionality is pretty clunky. For example, I am able to use the platform to easily propose times to multiple candidates, but it doesn't mark the option as unavailable once the candidate has booked the time. This has led me to be double-booked on multiple occasions. (We now just use a Calendly link). You're able to create a careers web page that automatically lists open jobs through Breezy, which is nice, but the customization is incredibly limited. While you can manage your whole hiring funnel from Breezy, it lacks the automation and other functions of some of the high dollar platforms. Breezy doesn't offer any templates or suggestions with how to build your funnel, so I can imagine that many customers miss out on functionality that could help streamline their workflow. I think they could really benefit from some 'getting started' suggestions and guides. Read full review The product has plenty of customization limitations. Customization of workflows with the software requires advanced technical expertise. The cost of implementing the software is much higher than that of its competitors, making it less affordable for small and medium organizations. The complexity of the product in setting up process and configuration. Read full review Likelihood to Renew It's no fuss and does what we need at a very reasonable price, so I can't imagine why I'd switch.
Read full review We have put a vast amount of time and effort into our installation- and there is more work to be done, but the system has a lot of benefits that we plan to maximize and optimize in order to generate the greatest value for everyone involved

Read full review As I mentioned earlier SAP SuccessFactors solves the purpose of being a comprehensive HRMS solution for small and medium organisation, it still lacks the fuel to be the preferred choice among large organisations due to availability of better alternatives. Although there is a lot of improvement with SAP SuccessFactors from what it used to be before but they still have a long way to go before they become the best.
Read full review Reliability and Availability Until now we have not had serious availability problems with SuccessFactors, we had Microsoft Active Directory and SSO with ADFS and we had availability problems but because of problems with ADFS, we migrated to Azure AD and with that the availability problems of SuccessFactors because of ADFS went away. The only windows of unavailability that we have had are those that we are communicated to do maintenance and upgrades.
Read full review Performance The performance is very good, the truth is that we have not had serious performance problems, some complex reports may take a little longer, but considering the complexity and the amount of records it is an acceptable time. We have never received a complaint from users regarding page loading speed.
Read full review Support Rating The support is very frustrating. They don't research any issues and give you explanations that don't make sense, don't solve the issue, and don't make them seem trustworthy. The service levels are the most frustrating part of Breezy. The company gets defensive and upset if you tell them there's something in their software that needs to be fixed. It's constant and it's so exhausting to deal with them and their emotions. It's bizarre and it's so unprofessional.
Read full review SuccessFactors Employee Central gets a middle of the road rating from me because of the things it does really well - Training. It falls short with the objectives cascade and visibility amongst my reports. That's what brings it down to a 5. Objectives need to be clear and concise in order to gain buy-in from your reports, and SuccessFactors muddies that by poor delineation between cascaded attributes and my report's objectives. The whole objectives cascade can be reworked.
Read full review In-Person Training The in-person training was with a consultancy, we have taken several courses, all very specific. They have been reports in ecp, general configuration of ec, reports and IAS
Read full review Online Training We use SAP Learning, and we like it very much, the topics are updated along with the products, we have access to the SFX customer certifications and we have done them all, in general the SAP learning platform is very good and complete.
Read full review Implementation Rating It was really easy to get up and running, and the few questions I did have were answered nearly immediately via the in-app chat.
Read full review As we were new with all this, we would greatly appreciate if we had assitance directly from SAP so we can implement the modules with all of its features and best practices. Unfortunately, we notice that the partner left some thing incomplete.
Read full review Alternatives Considered I liked that Breezy HR had an option to try it out before we committed. I also preferred the User interface of Breezy HR to other options we looked into. The pricing was very attractive as well. Plus it included more features than most competitors we demo-ed did
Read full review SAP SuccessFactors is a very user-friendly application, it stacks up very well against competition, such as
Oracle PeopleSoft HCM . We selected SAP SuccessFactors because we are already using a lot of other SAP solutions, such as SAP S/4 HANA and
SAP Business Technology Platform . It allows us to have single-sign on and one vendor with multiple solutions.

Read full review Scalability The scalability and flexibility of SuccessFactors is unbeatable. It is very easy to scale the product to new countries and areas, and with the help of CPI it can be easily integrated.
Read full review Professional Services We did use this service to do analysis of the solution being implemented. It was a good check point during the project to see if everything is going as planned.
Read full review Return on Investment Breezy HR has cut our recruitment work load by about 30%. Breezy HR automates a lot of the process and cuts out a ton of manual work. This has allowed our recruiters to focus on the more important parts of the process thus resulting in higher quality hires. Read full review I think we're still evaluating ROI honestly, because we continue to invest in the product, and I think we have to evaluate the ROI further. Just from being able to provide a tool to our business partners so they can manage their work, we've seen efficiency in that product, in that process. The ROI connected to that I can't yet speak to, but we've definitely seen speed and efficiency increase. Read full review ScreenShots SAP SuccessFactors HCM Screenshots
