7 - Our area is called HR Projects, due to the digital transformation of HR processes and we belong to HR.
1 Assistant Manager: manages SSFF implementations and support for each of the modules
2 HR Projects Executives: Employees who have had experience implementing each of the modules so they have the expertise to give support for each module
2 HR Proejects Officer: As Executives plays a Senior rol, the officer plays a Junior rol in the area. They are getting familiar with HR processes and are begginers in SSFF so they work directly with the Executive as part of the learning process.
Outside HR, we have 2 more employees who gives SAP S4Hana support. They belong to the IT area and due to the integration that we´ve between SSFFF-S4Hana they assist in payroll matters. (Payroll still runs in S4 Hana)

Yes - Before SSFF we use s4hana HCM and the company decided to make the upgrade due to everything SSFF offers and the way it is user-centered design so everyone can use it.
HCM used to be like a secret HR system and SSFF is much more public for every employee, so they feel aslo part of the digital transformation.

The most important factor was that SSFF includes every HR process and that´s really important for us so that we can focus on the employee journey in our company. We have covered Onboarding, recruitment, compensation, learning, etc...
Clean up the process before the module configuration. I think we´ve lost the chance to make the process more agile.

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Communication is vital, we involve everyone in this project to creat expectation and socialize the new features. For the employees it was a big change, they now have the opportunity to interact with the HR System which before SSFF was a total mistery.
For the functional users, we spend enough time in training session so they felt comfortable using SSFF.

We´ve SAP Preferred Success and it has made a great difference in speeding up processes and we feel much more updated with all news from SAP.
Yes - Yes, some issue takes long but support agents are always available for a Teams Call to speed things up
There was this time when we´ve tried to purge employees and an error message shows everytime we launch the request. We´ve requested support and the agent agrees to have as many calls as we needed to solve this issue.
