    CEIPAL is the best ATS system available in the market for US recruiting. It makes the job really easy for any recruiter. Its features like mail merging, job board integration and migrating of resumes on click are some of the better ones which make it best in the market against other competitors.

    Overall I believe the tool is not only effective, easy to use, and is well suited for recruiters. It allows for a wider base of candidates and to get their personal contact info, where LI Recruiter allows for inmails only. Additionally, I love the drip campaign set up...you literally can set it and forget it and while the response ratio is still lower than I would like, I have had some candidates even comment on our "persistence" which caused them to see what we were all about. The only recommendation I would suggest is to more frequently check the contact info for these folks as many come back undeliverable.

    • It can be integrated with other job portals so that it will be easy to access candidate profiles.
    • We can track our submission list and their status.
    • We can see the information about the jobs we work on and new jobs are also entered into CEIPAL. And the status of the jobs is also displayed.
    • We can also know who migrated the profile. Who viewed the profile.
    • We can send the job mails to candidates from CEIPAL.
    • We can write a note for profile and the whole organization will see it.

    • With GitHub searching capability and its own coding scores, SeekOut offers a great service to non-technical recruiters to wade in and find talent.

    • Would like to see an option where I can specify a skill with years of experience and how recently - Ex:- Java with 5 years experience and last use in 2020.

    • When clicking on a candidate link that brings you to their LinkedIn it should open up in your LinkedIn recruiter instead of your regular LinkedIn.
    • They can update the candidate's information more often. Sometimes I run into the issue of a candidate’s info being years prior info.
    • Make it so that you can email directly from SeekOut without having to do a campaign or being directed to your outlook.
    • Or make it so that you can email from SeekOut but link your ATS so that it sends from SeekOut and redirects through your ATS and is tracked there.

    Using SeekOut is very intuitive. Lots of multi-select boxes, toggle switches, and keyword boxes. If you have any experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut is not a far jump in learning how to use it effectively. I will say that adding candidates to projects doesn't necessarily feel like an intuitive process after you've been redirected to LinkedIn to look at a candidate's profile

    because I'm using currently , i solved a lot of difficult requirements easily with the help of ceipal, recruiter can work with a positive vibe by using ceipal as it is a friendly user , jobs can be posted , the migrated profiles will go to the database directly , after submitting the candidates , we will get a ceipal notification that we submitted a candidate

    SeekOut provides us with monthly dedicated training on current and new features. Will has been amazing to help us create searches to find candidates we wouldn't have otherwise found. I have not had any technical issues as of yet that has not been resolved. I would highly recommend SeekOut to my colleagues.

    Once the licenses were purchased we were sent an email to activate our account. From there we had full access to the platform and a training was set up. Since I had used SeekOut previously I understood the dynamics of the platform and was able to use it instantly.

    It is far cheaper and does almost the same thing that you can find in other tools. The customer service is good and they actually work to provide the best results based on our needs which is highly appreciated. You can create a hierarchy and groups and select what information you would like to show to that particular group and what you don't

    • New texting option launched where you can reach candidates through text messages by using desk numbers only in order to get a hold of them quickly.

    • This can be an alternative to Linked In Recruiter which can save you up to $8,000 a year per Recruiter license.
    • To be able to separate your messaging from typical Linked In users is an excellent feature. We get strong response rates using personal email addresses and phone numbers provided by SeekOut.
