    We use WebEx Support Center in the IT department to support users as well as work with vendors remotely. This applies to physical desktops, laptops, and Virtual Desktops. We have around 200 employees. Most employees work in one of our offices, but we do have at least 5-10 users who are more frequently remote than they are in the office. It helps us remotely access machines we wouldn't otherwise have access to, due to lack of physical access. It's excellent for troubleshooting access problems from users' personal machines, as well.

    GoTo (formerly LogMeIn)

    This GoTo Meeting app tremendously helps my organizational work like online meeting arrangements. First I used some different apps to arrange an online meeting, interview sessions, online classes, and other works like that, once I knew about GoTo Meetings then using this for years. My team usually arranges all the things like meeting scheduling, voting on matters, etc with GoTo Meeting and it allows us to invite more participants than other meeting apps and also allows a kind of unlimited time meeting facility which helps us to run meetings as much time as we want. We have several teams like HR, and Program planning they use GoTo Meeting as an official meeting app to run the important meeting.

    • Simple Remote Access - WebEx Support Center works with either a permanent install or temporary executable, so you don't have to worry about users being particularly comfortable or knowledgeable about software installation. It also doesn't matter if the user is on an account without admin rights, you can still connect and see what's going on using the temporary executable.
    • Robust Access Options - You can take see the user's screen, take control of their screen, send files, and retrieve files. It's a great tool for troubleshooting issues that users might be experiencing and doesn't depend on them being able to find the files that you need to properly troubleshoot their issues.
    • Great performance - Even when users don't have a particularly great internet connection, you can still typically get good results and help them quickly. You're not going to do it over dial-up (if that even still exists for anyone), but it works acceptably well even over very modest DSL or satellite internet connections.

    • Goto Meeting I can carry out conference calls, video conferences and conferences from mobile devices, I really like the option of recording meetings so that I can later show them to colleagues who could not attend at the time, it is a very fast, secure, flexible and intuitive platform very easy to use and very helpful.

    • During initial setups it can be a little confusing.
    • The look and feel is a little rigid. It feels like it is in need of a smoother UI update.
    • When a new user is introduced to webex and they are asked to share their desktop, it maybe a little difficult for the user to navigate to the correct buttons.

    • Mobile app is a little slow.
    • The software of the app has to be downloaded before someone can join a meeting. This makes it a bit time-consuming for new users.
    • 100 maximum participants during the trial period. This doesn't allow you to get a full picture of the software's capabilities before subscribing.

      The Enterprise package we purchased (Event Center, Remote Support, Meeting Center, and Training Center) for 100 users is the same annual price as GoToMeeting for 25 users. We will renew as it is a package deal. If it were just WebEx Remote Support, we would not renew at all.

      ITI has not found an alternative software that can compete with the offerings of GTM. Our diverse needs (webinars, client meetings, internal training) cannot be met by any competitors at this time for our current cost. GTM is simple to use and has allowed ITI to really set ourselves apart from our competition.

      The simplicity of GoToMeetings desktop, mobile, and web-based applications make it a very robust and user-friendly meeting solution. At times, it may be more complex than needed, but it is nice to have so many features that can be used if needed. Once installed, it is very easy to use and navigate.

      We have actually had fairly limited experience with customer support, which is a good thing since we have not really required it. The product is very stable and it is quite rare for significant challenges to arise. Also, the general ease of navigation of the product and the integration into calendars really eliminates the need for deep customer service

      I would say that Cisco Webex Support stacks up pretty evenly in capability, but in some regards (video clarity, toll-free access, etc.) they were even better. Where they did provide a better solution for toll-free access on audio bridges, their audio quality was worse for those that wanted to use VoIP for the audio conference bridge.

      I really like GoTo Meeting because it is a wonderful tool that provides me with a quality service, with innumerable features which are extremely flexible and adapt to my needs and are very wonderful, nothing is missing to add to this program. I really like that It gives me collaboration options and the ease of starting and attending online meetings immediately and securely, it allows me to share screen face-to-face with an immersed video.

      • WebEx Support Center works pretty excellently for us as we are a small shop. We are experienced and have pretty good skill sets. WebEx Support Center is an excellent product for our use cases with our users and client to troubleshoot issues.
      • WebEx Support Center is more expensive than our previous product MXIE or Logmein. It has a more user-friendly UI, and overall performance is better and reliable.

      • We have saved a lot comparatively using WebEx meetings and other tools like OCR for docs sharing.
      • GoTo Meeting has proved efficient so far, our meeting is centralized and the investment is also clubbed.
