I've used one-note in the past, but selected ever note this time because it was easy to sync on non-microsoft machines
Outreach.io is the only other CRM i've used apart from Tripleseat and Gather. Tripleseat is great, but it is better for events, whereas I think HubSpot CRM is better for what my company is doing.
