Likelihood to Recommend For the majority of our customers they shop online, so for us to be able to offer an account walkthrough via Teams, it has been truly powerful stuff for our sales team to hop on a Teams call and run through the account functionality with a customer for functions such as cost control measures, quick lists, saved baskets, recurring orders etc. The customer can really get a thorough understanding of the features available and opt for what they need to best suit their purchasing needs. We utilise this everyday and the feedback on functions has been that they haven't seen this before from any online business supplier they've ordered with before such as Viking, Lyreco etc. It doesn't work as well for customer retention, as the orders are transactional and there are no follow-up emails you can automate as an email template in EvolutionX, this would be valuable to growing business further.
Read full review SAP commerce cloud helps greatly with inventory tracking. It also helps cut down on code issues when special codes are added to the site. The ease of inventory and reorder is a time saver. Month end is easier than it was before using the platform. It is suitable for b2b applications.

Quick Lists are a fantastic way to encourage B2B orders online, but not being able to organize where an item exists within a list almost makes it unusable for a large portion of our customers. No account payment options! Read full review It's a little pricey; further cost reductions will expand product selection; also, trained operators are required. HAC occasionally functions extremely slowly and does not provide any problem messages; it simply gets stuck. Logging into the Backoffice for testing purposes causes a lot of trouble; it does not enable us to log in in one attempt, and the page refreshes every time we enter in the credentials. In addition, it has a feature where inventory is tracked integrated with existing ERP (SAP and/or non-SAP) systems. With SAP Commerce Cloud, we can enable transactions to trigger all processes to integrate with existing ERP systems. In this way, it is possible to manage the system from end to end.

Read full review We have the right to open a ticket or submit request to SAP support teams for all the problems we have experienced. They also provide solutions for critical issues within 48 hours. In addition, the product has support documents such as a user guide and admin guide. In addition, there is a strong community of users. In this way, we can access solution of some specific problems that we have fallen on from there.

Deployment and creation of the build becomes very easy with the CCv2 setup.
Read full review Alternatives Considered To be frank, we haven't tried any other products apart from EvolutionX, as this was one of the tested software's during the initial phase. We didn't have a chance, and we don't really want to switch between any other products. We are happy with EvoX. The reason we choose EvoX was, pricing, support and the integrations offered.

Read full review Scalability The business users/admins were able to quickly segment products by brand, allowing for unique branding and header-less page design. As new products are added to the SAP backend, all characteristics and pricing automatically migrate to Commerce Cloud. We also segment our user sign-on (domains) by brand and allow targeting displays.
Read full review Return on Investment With account setup this has saved a lot of time, where typically it may have taken 10 minutes to setup an account, customer can now do this themselves and even make changes, our old site relied entirely on a staff member and this has therefore reduced overhead With exposure to Fusion Data our categories have grown hugely, particularly Beeswift into workwear where we never sold any workwear but the rare incidental from VOW Wholesale, we've been allowed to grow into other categories more frequently with returning customers and new. Read full review It has a positive impact on my client's business and ROI is higher than expected. As orders count is increasing due to smooth and better experience. My current client's customers have given very positive experience about new website built on SAP Commerce Cloud. Due to SAP Commerce Cloud website rollout is very easy and due to it, my current client has introduced around 25 websites. As SAP Commerce Cloud logic needs to develop once and can be reused for multiple websites easily with minimal effort.
