We are currently looking into Jotform. Their prices are much more reasonable. They offer 10,000 submissions a month for $29. Why can't you guys offer something like that? I would fall in love with Survey Anyplace if the price was $29/month. I would tell everyone to purchase it. …
The Salesforce integration is fantastic. I have seen it evolve over the years and it is clear there is some considered investment going on here. In its first guise, the integration was fine at pushing survey response data to objects of your choosing. More recently, the integration has introduced a managed package, which has brought a really flexible object structure to what GetFeedback, by SurveyMonkey writes to. In a nutshell, you get a Survey -> Response -> Answer three tiered structure, meaning that you don't have to configure every time you mix up your survey design to b more complex. Finally, the forthcoming managed package is now being updated to bring a nice home page with it, with some nice top down analytics. This is great stuff and brings a lot of hope for the future of the platform. That Salesforce use it as their preferred surveying platform over their own on platform one is telling.
For any E-commerce related needs, like you need to see a list of customers who have added products to cart but did not purchase, this can be done really easily, but if your e-commerce provider provides integration, then it is best suited. Most of the systems in the Market provide out-of-the-box integration. Their API is also very easy it can be integrated to any language. You can integrate it into your custom developed system and use the features, like adding customers to specific lists. Also, if your lists become really big, then their system can get a bit slow to respond via API, so you might need a strategy for how you are gonna fetch the data using API.
They get the job done. We were able to do everything that our client wanted and needed. Its a free quiz on their website, so having to pay $1,500 a year for this service is hurting our bank. My only complaint is the price. If you are able to lower your price or offer promotions, then I would have no problem staying. We are currently looking for cheaper alternatives.
Embed survey responses into an email to allow for easier data capture from customers.
Automatically creates GetFeedback records in SFDC, which allows for greater visibility and better integration of reporting. This also drives a number of calls to action with internal teams via SFDC workflows and Gainsight.
Very customizable look and feel of the survey to stay on corporate brand.
Mailchimp allows you to manage your mailing list really well. You can subscribe people, unsubscribe people manage the mailing list directly into segments, and what not.
Mailchimp has features where you can create campaigns based on your mailing lists and send out newsletters to your subscribers based on a multitude of parameters that you can setup. Such as send email daily, weekly, monthly and they also have event based mails that you can send out.
Mailchimp also has a feature where you can design your emails. The look and aesthetics are very important when sending emails to your subscribers and all those needs are addressed here.
Intuitive branching logic mechanics. Survey Anyplace offers a nicely pipeline/process map format to visually see the branching logic for more robust question sets.
Reliable results. Survey Anyplace offers important tracking data to evaluate and hold respondents accountable to completing the surveys.
Users can save progress and come back. This allows busy respondents time to think about deeper questions, specifically when the surveys are being used in an interviewing approach.
The only real challenge I've encountered is that they don't have a simple way to use a defined drop-down list that is in our CRM.
I wish I could get a custom icon for ratings vs. just stars, hearts, circles or numbers. That was not a deal breaker, but it would be kind of cool to have.
The process of creating a URL (distributing a Salesforce Aware Survey) to embed in an email template is a little complicated and takes some practice, especially for a novice admin that, at the time, didn't have much experience in adding modifiers and merge fields.
Creating something highly customized at the ReportR level means you will need to have some savvy with CSS if you want to do it yourself. But it also means you can create something truly incredible and they do not have the same limitations as other similar software.
We've had Mailchimp for about ten years, I want to say. I started with the company about four years ago, and I don't see us ever diverting to another source. It's easy for us to use, and we have all our clients already built into the database. I imagine we'll use them for as long as we have the company.
It is incredibly straightforward to use. Setup time is hours to days. When it is up and running, you can forget it exists. The Lightning Platform integration then starts to provide many options around creative use of the tools. It becomes more about where you can extend to your hearts content. Lightning App developers will have a great time here.
The interface is a bit complicated, and I need to spend some time to learn new functions and understanding how it works. I don't like working with email templates because of the limited customization options. However, functions like AI for generating emails, segmentation, and analytics still work well and are very useful.
This is a great platform. The ease of use and ability to generate instant reports is killer. I highly recommend this platform for those who want to showcase a professional survey to impress their clients and employees. For us, this helps expand our product offering greatly, which also supplements our other services. [Survey Anyplace is a] great product and platform!
I have, in the 4+ years that I've used Mailchimp, never seen an issue that restricted the use of their software/tools. I don't know of a single time when they're system crashed or went down. I could be wrong, but I honestly haven't experienced any issues with outages, errors or unplanned downtime
I haven't noticed any slow speeds from Mailchimp or their tools. I think the landing pages load quickly and look nice. The email reports and editing operates smoothly and doesn't take time to load. Additionally, when I use Mailchimp in conjunction with Zapier + Hubspot I don't notice any drag between any of these tools
The few times, and I mean few, I have had to reach out to the support staff they were very helpful. I was also lucky enough to meet the developer at a users' conference. His willingness to hear what I had to say was impressive. After understanding his background coming from the CRM world I knew that he knew what we as users needed in the way of integration.
Website tools were easy to use and understand so a novice can easily meet or exceed their client's expectations! Loved that we were able to totally customize so that the e-mail we created conveyed our client's overall messaging consistent with their branding! Client love that we can provide turnkey services to support their sales and marketing teams!
I wish there was a better live chat feature. Seems like I have to wait 30-60 every time I need to talk to someone. Though once I am able to speak with someone via the chat in my account, they have been very helpful in answering my questions or pointing me in the right direction.
It's pretty easy to get up and running! There's a slight learning curve on a few things, but once you find where everything is located, you can import your list and send your first email. It really makes our clients feel great to see how quickly they can get that first email out.
GetFeedback has a professional appearance and dynamic content UI that is more trustworthy than other solutions. Additionally, the transitions and branding of GetFeedback are user-friendly on any device making survey response easy to manage. Finally, Salesforce integration is made not only easy but encouraged with a comprehensive ability to customize survey content.
I don't think they are comparable; we use Google Ads to put our website at the top of the list when someone googles certain words. We use meta business to manage our social media. Google aims to gain customers, while Mailchimp is used to interact with both existing and new customers.
Survey Anyplace is an excellent piece of software.
It can create in depth surveys and has a huge functional capability! I would highly recommend using Survey Anyplace for any business as it is so adaptable!
The support team are fabulous and always on hand to answer any queries and set up Zoom calls for more tailored help! Mark has been brilliant in helping me to create a complex survey!
Mailchimp over the years I've used it has grown in leaps and bounds. They have added so many additional features than were previously available. They are truly an all-in-one marketing platform now. If you're a small operation and just want to add email to your marketing efforts, they're there for you. If you're a larger operation and want to start sending postcard advertisements, they can do that. If you'd good with that and want to kick up your marketing by going social, you can do that on their platform. They are truly able to be as small as you need, but also get quite large in whatever it is you'd like to do through their system.
Our response rate for our lead qualifying survey has been hovering around 55%. That doesn't mean that they complete the entire thing, but at least we are getting some answers back. It also allows us to weed out any leads that are outside of our scope of work. The survey when answered in its entirety gets a lead 13 steps down our customer journey map.
The automation of sending out the recruiting survey has allowed our recruiting manager to focus on qualified applicants and has completely eliminated the duplicate data entry of key information that the hiring managers required for determining if a candidate should be scheduled for a phone interview. Over the past year of using this survey we received 145 survey back. That is 145 manual emails that no longer had to be sent out by staff. You do the math on that time savings.
The new hire training feedback has allowed internal trainers to understand how to better tailor each session to on-board future employees in a more effective manner. With over 33 different training modules you can imagine how intensive our on-boarding process can be and if we can understand what works and what doesn't this only adds to the effectiveness of each trainer.
One of my retail web store clients was sending out email specials and notices about once a month. After clicking the send button, we would watch Google Analytics and the current site users would light up immediately. Often, the current site visitors would pop up to 20, 30 or more after the email was sent. On a normal day, seeing 1 or 2 online users would be OK.
Pretty much in all cases, we could see an uptick in positive activity after sending out a Intuit Mailchimp email to a list.
As a publisher, the quizzes provide us with compelling type of "advertising" product to engage our clients' audiences.
We use the quizzes to direct respondents to thought leadership content for lead gen. The "correct response" feature in the quizzes provide the most interesting sample of our clients' content.
