Apollo is basically for straight forward prospecting. LinkedIn is for social prospecting and relation building but GTM Studio Powered by ZoomInfo provide the right data when it comes to find the right buying signals. Overall I would rate it above both of them as our ROI has …

I was not involved with the decision making of the evaluation of this, I only heard we also looked at these other options. But based on our company's overall sentiment of ZoomInfo Marketing I think the decision makers did make the right choice.

In my opinion, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator serve different purposes. ZoomInfo is more for providing accurate contact information, while LinkedIn Sales Navigator is more for identifying the exact contacts you want to market to. Being built on top of the LinkedIn …

I personally do not like the UI of Zoominfo and above all, it requires a lot of manual work to get the details of the prospect/company.

We used to suffer with the leakage of leads and with duplicate entries, just like how I mentioned earlier. After implementing it, our data hygiene has improved by a huge quantity. Our team has become more efficient in terms of reaching out to the prospect within minutes of showing interest in our SAAS security products and services, instead of spending time on data entry in the Excel sheets and then working on the lead. It has reduced our manual research time by almost 36 %, allowing the team to focus on revenue generation rather than Sales operations.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is hands down the best tool for identifying targeted contacts or leads. You can drill down on a company and look at its entire workforce, or search by the exact title that is your key target. The information is up to date, as people tend to keep their LinkedIn profiles current. In terms of other marketing functions LI Sales Navigator is extremely limited. BUT if you are looking to identify contacts for prospecting purposes, then this tool is what you need.

The ease of campaign creation is amazing! I can get a campaign set up in just a few minutes.
The reporting allows us to easily see the performance of our ads. There is no guesswork.
I love being able to create audiences from ZoomInfo tools such as Websights, intent, workflows and lists. This allows us to target a very specific audience that we otherwise would not have access to.

Search Functionality: LinkedIn Sales Navigator has one of the most powerful search functions. The filters are not unnecessary and some are very well thought of. You can drill down to finding a needle in a haystack of 20000 employee company when it comes to using LinkedIn Sales Navigator if done in the right manner.
Smart Links: Gone are the days of attached Decks. One can simply create their deck online using this feature on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or even upload an existing ppt. A smart link is shareable as well as trackable for opens and clicks.
Fewer Clicks: With a single click, I can filter out decision-makers in any company. With a single click, I can import contacts from LinkedIn Sales Navigator to Salesforce. Lesser clicks are actually less stressful if you think.

I give this rating because I feel that ZoomInfo Operations has made our work easier and smoother than before. Like now we manage our sales leads, new engagements, easily, and the data we get from ZoomInfo Operations helps us a lot to move in the right direction. our customer success rate is higher than before after implementing it.

This question is a no-brainer. The tool is the industry standard for anyone tied to sales and marketing. The name "LinkedIn Sales Navigator" is synonymous with streamlining relevant customer and account data in an easy to use format that is actionable and intelligent. The focus on continuous improvement and richer means of communicating with customers and prospects is evident each time new features are rolled out. The social component of the tool even includes a gamification component to ensure that peers remain relevant among each other, which is refreshing and enjoyable for those who engage the tool on a daily basis.

Very easy to use - there are only a couple of areas that I need to think through how best to build specific rules or logic to ensure updates are made as expected. The ability to easily add filters and immediately see how many records match them creates a use case in itself. Sometimes we pull up Ringlead just to gain quicker access to counts of records that meet specific criteria, because it is faster than building views or reports in Salesforce. It is also extremely easy to see what records were updated, imported, or merged - the reporting and access to the history of activities are very helpful.
Overall, it's very user-friendly. It's hard for a tool to make sorting through loads of data easy, but Sales Nav does this very well. Its advanced search features enable us to be selective in finding the right people to talk to and connect with.

I have been using ZoomInfo on and off since 2018, and I have NEVER had the site go down on me once. I'm not sure how they do it, I'm not a software engineer, but they have 100% up time compared to other software as a service. Our CRM has already gone down a couple times this year, but not ZoomInfo.

I would rate its performance 9. I do not doubt its performance, the pages load quickly withour laging or error. It gives a report within the time frame without errors, no matter how complex the report is. We integrated it with our CRM; at first, it tended to slow a little, but later it was fixed and ran smoothly.
I give this rating because I never feel they deserve less than it. Their commitment towards the customer is outstanding, whenever I need to reach out to the supprot, I feel like I am just talking to a person who is sitting beside me. They respond quickly and solve the problems easily, even guiding us on how not to get into the same problem again and again, so we can avoid going back to support.
I would recommend LinkedIn Sales Navigator entirely. It has been the most user-friendly tool to use starting off in a sales role. I genuinely enjoy the navigation of the tool and how easy it is to save lists and see job changes within those lists. Generating leads and finding the most up to date information on prospects is all housed within this tool.

Have a plan on how you're going to evaluate. We had a two-month trial period, but a six-month average lead cycle time, making it impossible to evaluate on a purely new-business ROI basis within the trial. We applied the model to our prior data, which demonstrated how much time and effort was devoted to accounts that weren't going to close

I am unsure of the rollout, as I was not involved. I was an early adopter, and I have had a lot of success with the tool personally at multiple organizations, but I have no idea whether the implementation process encountered any errors. I can personally say that it works, and that I have not encountered significant issues with the tool since adoption, although a few issues like messages showing up as being unread even though they have been opened have been an on-again/off-again issues throughout the past few years. Overall, the company is doing a great job, and our implementation seems to have been effective.

ZoomInfo is a more refined product that is more intensive, and it also has a considerably larger, more reliable database for data collection. However, cost is a big difference between ZoomInfo and Seamless AI. Consequently, it can sometimes be difficult to justify the price point difference.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is much more valuable than Dice or Cognism, as we do most of our prospecting on LinkedIn. Therefore, it means we can build lists of our prospects based on activity, connections, and buying intention. With Cognism and Dice, you cannot do this as they do not work alongside the LinkedIn platform and, therefore, lack the functionality that is essential to what we are using the platform for.

It can be scalable, and I've seen it at organizations that made it scalable, and organizations that did not. It really depends how well it integrates with your CRM (does great with Salesforce, for example). If a company doesn't take it serious, it will never scale unless you have decision makers and C-Suite pushing for it.
