Lattice is more fully featured than BambooHR on the performance management functionality. It allows greater customization and more capabilities. If your company is mid-sized or large, Lattice is the way to go. However, it does require having some staff dedicated to …
At the time lattice allowed us to move off these two systems and use a single service. Both Gtmhub and Officevibe were better tools but having a single sorce of trueth for our employees was more important. Since then Officevibe has caught up to Lattice and I can see it being a …
As one of the first in the country to implement the full SuccessFactors platform (back before they were acquired), I am very familiar with its functionality... and so it is the best-of-breed, from my perspective. (or used to be; no idea what it looks like now that ownership …
TINYpulse provided the most-competitive pricing of all vendors considered, with the greatest flexibility of use with desktop, mobile app, and operating system. While customer support proposed by others appeared to be closer to "live" or real-time, with closer to the 24/7 kind …
- Lattice is important infrastructure for orgs that are scaling quickly and need the ability to better administer talent and performance programs - Lattice saves HR teams soooo much time (from the AI agent who answers HR questions, to the automated onboarding and offboarding processes. - Lattice is not great for very small orgs that don't have growth plans. (Engagement surveys can't be anonymous if there are too few EEs, there is a minimum contract amount, and it's quite a lot of tool/system)
Well-suited for companies looking to get better feedback from employees. It's probably perfect for my organization (around 80 employees) because our COO can respond directly to our concerns. It might be less effective for larger organizations, but I can't speak much to that.
I think Officevibe is great for any office where management truly cares about how happy their employees are and is interested in making their company a great place to work. It's a quick and easy way for staff to give you honest thoughts and opinions that you can act on to make improvements
TINYpulse provides a nice, prepackaged survey platform with a library of suggested questions to use and hard-coded timelines and processes... so it is truly a "plug and play" tool.
The platform produces some graphics and other methodology for assisting HR in delivering survey results to the rest of the executive team and/or to share with employees.
TINYpulse does a DYNAMIC job in selling the message that the employee's responses are anonymous. Not sure if it is a generational issue or the result of younger generations watching a parent go thru a RIF or other job elimination, but the notion of radically-candid feedback is not one which I've found to be present with many Millennials (here or in past organizations), so this is a big selling point for TINYpulse.
The TINYpulse platform offers a "Cheers for Peers" program, allowing the company to promote another form of peer-to-peer recognition which can even be linked to Slack (or nearly any business-based instant messaging system) to create a constant feed for all to see those receiving recognition for going above-and-beyond.
TINYpulse sometimes makes updates to their app and website, and when navigating as an admin, I have found some of the links to be broken after an update.
The pricing structure of TINYpulse has changed since we first began using it, changing from a pay per user amount to a bulk-buy amount. This led to some confusion when we went to add more users.
It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The workflows make sense and I can easy find my reviews, feedback or performance information. I haven't had any issues with being confused or needing to read instructions on how to navigate the software, it was one of the more straightforward programs that I have worked with
Officevibe's user interface for end users is straightforward and well-designed; it looks nice and intuitive. We did have confusion about the brand, with some new employees thinking they were spam emails. Also, the manager's view and getting access to the right visibility can be confusing unless well administrated internally.
Lattice Support is not that good. We have had to have calls with them in the past and their product team did not have a lot of knowledge about their product. I believe they are able to provide a much better level of service and that would increase my likelihood to work with them again.
Lattice is more fully featured than BambooHR on the performance management functionality. It allows greater customization and more capabilities. If your company is mid-sized or large, Lattice is the way to go. However, it does require having some staff dedicated to understanding the system and committed to managing it. TINYpulse was also an interesting offering with some benefits, but also not as fully featured as Lattice for a medium to large business.
TINYpulse provided the most-competitive pricing of all vendors considered, with the greatest flexibility of use with desktop, mobile app, and operating system. While customer support proposed by others appeared to be closer to "live" or real-time, with closer to the 24/7 kind of environment in which we live/work in today, budget was a driving factor for us.
The only good and bad thing about Officevibe is that it's laser-focussed. It only does employee engagement. If you want a do-it-all tool, there are many alternatives. But if you want to nail employee engagement on the head and go deep, I highly recommend Officevibe.
We have a workforce of 700, who largely have never had a performance review - since buying the module, it is holding the managers accountable to the process - no employee needs to be in the dark with how they're doing
The employees value the decreased time that it takes to perform their self-assessments - world's apart from the complicated system we had before in our HRIS provider.
The managers value the decreased time it takes to initiate/complete the employee review discussion process, as they now have a much more streamlined manner of doing so since partnering with Lattice
It's an easy way to get feedback and suggestions. I think it contributes to the team culture of wanting to always question and improve.
It's an easy way to build rapport among teammates and I think contributes to overall sense of team building (especially for a dispersed team).
It's an easy way to keep your finger on the overall pulse of the team and allows management to be able to quickly address any frustrations or issues before they become bigger concerns.
