LeadLander is essentially an IP reverse look-up tool. It does a reverse look-up of the IP address to distinguish between corporate visitors and “home/ISP” users.
Although having somewhat similar functionality as web analytics products like Google Analytics and WebTrends, it is actually designed for a different user base. While web analytics tools are typically designed to provide metrics such as bounce rates, unique visitors, and length/depth of stay to help marketers optimize website content,…

The combination of tools is necessary, in my opinion... what one tool offers, another does not. ZoomInfo is a solid place to start, but shouldn't comprise a full tool stack on its own.
Hoovers: Hoovers did not provide the depth and accuracy of data that ZoomInfo currently provides. Hoovers did not have a data cleansing functionality, either. The company only sells bulk list data, which created a significant amount of duplicates that had to be cleaned out …
It was recommended by my employer, AXA Advisors LLC. We do a lot of cold calls, and its important to spend time wisely. The data is an easy way to write a personalized email, using minimal time. Much better for searching for prospects within a company. Compared to People …
I have not used any other company that is similar to ZoomInfo as Zoom was implemented within our company right when I began working about a year ago. For the most part, I do not see how other similar platforms could be much better than ZoomInfo. The only issue I have come …
Both Pardot and Drift have web page lookup but they don't have the catalog of IP addresses that Leadlander provides. We have been using LeadLander for so long, my boss is afraid to give it up. Unfortunately, we haven't tried either of the other two products for this purpose but …
A scenario wherein ZoomInfo Sales is well-suited, as I said, is good for giving you the details, the intent, and scope for a specific person working at a very specific company, and also the initiatives that are currently going on in the organization. When it comes to updating a contact's email and phone number, it does so very accurately. Apart from that, the call script feature generates a call script immediately after the call connects, in three to four seconds. Then there is a customer mapping filter where you can find similar customers to your existing ICPs. And then when it comes to maybe the things or scenarios that are less appropriate, it's again the Chrome extension part. Also, on the onboarding part, we have experienced that the onboarding did not go that smoothly. The email generation part that ZoomInfo claims is quite good. For us, the result that came out was all four to five of our emails, the email template that we had made in ZoomInfo. So all these four to five emails had the same body, the same subject line, just we can say 98% of the email were same, just 2% change in them. And there is no scope for automation. You have to process each and everything manually, even today in ZoomInfo.
LeadLander is great for sales reps who are looking for additional insights when attempting to get the right message to the right audience at the right time via the right medium. Nevertheless, the tool is basically fairly simplistic in terms of what you get. Data is delivered via email and can be tailored in terms of frequency and territory, but the overall information presented is fairly simple. The links to websites visited and accompanying information pertaining to frequency and duration are incredibly helpful. Nevertheless, if you have a lot of users visiting sites that utilize a free version of your tool, care is required to ensure that your messaging is not falling on deaf ears. Overall, the tool is very useful for accomplishing awareness of baseline insights pertaining to prospective clientele visiting your company's website in order to craft more meaningful messaging.
Zoominfo provides us scoops regarding any new upcoming project or pain points (difficulties) facing by certain companies which helps a lot in our business to contact such companies.
Zoominfo gives us the exaction info such as email address, Direct or Cell phone number of particular contact which we want and we don't get anywhere except zoominfo
Zoominfo has huge database. Intent is one of the favorite section where we get the exact info about the companies/industries which we want
Zoominfo Connects with Hubspot which is another benefit for us to add any specific contact directly to our HubSpot app.
Leadlander has an excellent database of IP addresses. Often the address is registered to some unknown cable company but leadlander seems to identify them.
Leadlander is well designed and intuitive to use.
Leadlander captures page data and referral that we wouldn't otherwise have.
The list provides specific emails, phone numbers, and titles for individual contacts. This is a major help in the corporate sales world as finding the right contact is everything.
The List provides an awesome search function that allows for advanced searching of industries, brands, and contacts. The search function is perfect for boiling down exactly who or what I'm looking for, and also helps to generate new sales ideas.
The List does a very cool job of providing cool examples of creative and ad spots used in current campaigns. This is an excellent tool for brainstorming and creating proposals. This function is also fully searchable and easy to look through.
For initial users, the system can be a little overwhelming. A ZoomInfor SalesOS Basics guide could be beneficial to keep new users from feeling lost amongst all the options.
Clearer instructions on how to set targeted search parameters for inbound information would be beneficial.
I'm not the contact. But I see it is where things are moving and if you don't have the information ZoomInfo gathers and continues to be more honed in on our customer or prospective customers, we will lose any advantages we once had and will be left behind.
Currently, we have not went out to look for another tool because we are happy with LeadLanders' performance. If we were to be approached by any of their competitors, we would look to investigate the difference and similarities between the tools. In the past, we used a tool that provided images and steps taken to show the route a prospect takes and I found that to be very interesting.
The sidebar is seamless, and it's easy to navigate, unlike other tools. I like that the advanced search isn't too complicated, either. Sometimes, I wonder if I'm not using the tool to its full capability, but it's great for a combination strategy of sales navigation and Zoom.
There would have nice while providing a great platform to use, to have an in person class to show how it would best serve us and to navigate. Nothing was provided to myself outside of having a sign on and the preloaded steps to get through basic processes
There’s a few not listed. All in all, ZoomInfo Sales is an essential tool if you’re hunting hard and often. The AI functionality is superior to anything else I’ve used. However, if you’re a come and go, now and then prospector you can get by with other search engines that are “static” or seeming to be lacking in current data. LI Sales Nav is great, but you’re not going to get ahold of normal mid level people on there, and contact details are protected. The biggest competitive benefit here is you get everything you could possibly want to know, I’m not aware of any other product that can hang.
ActOn also provides website analytics, however if we have a contact in our CRM - it will tell us each morning if that specific contact visited our website rather than just a company name. It is interesting to note that both ActOn and Leadlander often have different results and companies. I'm not sure why there is a discrepancy, however overall, both tools are fairly comparable.
I have never used a different subscription style product. My other experiences with sales research has had me using LinkedIn and Google in a very rudimentary fashion. The List is light years ahead of anything I was doing otherwise.
Our Demand Generation team primarily uses this tool and has been wildly successful! Their entire office area is covered in wins, including amounts. One of the larger deals found on LeadLander was 4.2 million. A current opportunity is set at 2.5 million. I think the ROI speaks for itself with those deals.
