No two teams are alike. So why offer “one size fits all” pricing plans? They just don’t work – teams are locked out of features they need while they get features they don’t need. We do things differently. We create individual pricing based on your team’s specific needs and budget.
Every premium plan begins with a 14-day trial period.
We chose Wrike because of its ability to integrate with email and its robust mobile app which allowed you to add photos and make comments from your phone. Our team members that worked in the hospitals always had their phones on them, but rarely had access to their desktop …
It's a flexible program that can be molded to fit most businesses. It's geared towards agencies but we've been able to use it successfully as an in-house solution. It's pretty intuitive for the most part and is easy for new hires or clients to get up and running pretty quickly.
Do not hesitate to use Wrike for your company or organization. It really is a great way to use among employees, share information, yet present it in a clear and concise manner. There are other choices, but this choice does a great job in document sharing with feedback. That is what makes it a better alternative than other programs or platforms.
Wrike Discover could use some updating and the sign-on process is cumbersome
Significantly more powerful duplication functionality to allow ease of replicating work structures and various work items, custom item types, blueprints and forms etc *across spaces*
Dashboard visibility for the Collaborator License!
Ability to grant/revoke permissions for collaborators to edit custom field data
I wish that Wrike had more drag and drop functionality that would be connected to assignee and also I wish that the finish date of a task would update to the date where you checked completed. It does not do that. Also finishing a task doesn't move the start date of the next task it "protects your time in that way", but our management team wants us to quickly see what we have down the pipeline rather than having to scroll down the list of upcoming tasks.
Wrike is easy to use. The interface is nice and modern as well, which I love. But yet again, on the limits we face to expand/improve workflow is a bit limiting. Which is why we would like to look for a platform with key integrations from other interfaces to ease workflow quite significantly.
Over two years of (almost) daily usage without outages. Don't remember any errors. I give it 9 only because some Wrike plugins (for online document edit) are based on NPAPI architecture. These types of plugins are being phased out in new browsers, and NPAPI plugins are disabled by default in recent versions of Chrome so you have to do some browser adjustments when you switch browsers or move to another computer.
All our data loads quickly and is easily accessed. The slowest access is the internal document view takes a few seconds to prep documents the first time they load
Support is very quickly and they want to solve problems actively. When I need additional info I can use community forum, when I've an issue I can use support form to get help. The support is of excellent quality from the first level, to grow when you talk to the engineers it becomes even more important
I love the Wrike training options. Wrike Discover has tons of courses, learning plans, certifications, etc. This is an area where Wrike definitely shines! I wish these resources were more in your face for new people, because it seems like a lot of coworkers didn't know all of this training was available to them.
There are a lot of bells and whistles in Wrike, and not all of it is easy or intuitive to understand once it's plopped in your lap. It's easier when there are a few choice people who understand Wrike as a platform and articulate it in such a way where it makes it easy to pass it along to others in the group
By consolidating the requests, project management, and proofing without features we didn't need like invoicing it was an easy fit for us. We were able to quickly develop a comprehensive workflow and the gains to efficiency were immediate. Pricing was competitive (at least at the time) and the implementation was very good as well.
Wrike is an all-in-one tool, and that's what primarily distinguishes it from other tools that are essentially just calendars. It offers a comprehensive solution for project management, task tracking, collaboration, and more, all within a single platform.
Wrike delivers on scalability and being able to use the platform across multiple departments and locations. With remote work becoming more popularized over the past few years, Wrike has made the transition easier. It has allowed our remote teams to complete projects almost as if they were together in person.
Adding versions of a document streamlines our editing process, preventing us from reviewing outdated versions of a document. This feature saves time, especially when working with external contributors who may not know Wrike well.
Blueprints save time because we do not have to manually enter all the details when scheduling a recurring project.
