Users subscribe to NetSuite for an annual license fee. The license is made up of three main components: core platform, optional modules and the number of users. There is also a one-time implementation fee for initial setup. New modules and users and can be added as a business grows.

The unified platform helps in managing sales and marketing efficient. NetSuite collaboration helps us record and track customers orders and deliveries in real time. This ensures customers receives what they order without errors.
Better: Richness fo functionality, Availability of implementation resources, Ability to customize, Integration of processes, transaction processing speed at volume
The platform utilizes advanced predictive analytics to anticipate operational bottlenecks and put them out of commission before the problems become larger. We can proactively develop effective strategies that help keep service quality in the face of unexpected changes in the …
1. SAP S/4HANA is a long established enterprise software company. 2. It is also available as an on-premise solution and in the cloud. 3. Designed for mid-sized to large enterprises, especially those with complex business processes.
There are many pros and cons of Oracle NetSuite and SAP S/4HANA Cloud. SAP S/4HANA Cloud can be easily integrated with other systems like ARIBA Procurement and supply chain, Concur Expense and travel management, Vendor Invoice management, billing, and revenue innovation …
In comparison, all features of the software are the same. All are cost-effective and produce high productivity. The best in SAP S/4HANA Cloud is their implementation and adding more features by doing modifications as per company need. Easy to integrate with other software.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud has a lot of competitors in small, mid and large scale companies. But, it does stand out due to excellent features like Change Management, Flexibility to add new modules and an excellent reputation in ERP space.
NetSuite suits a mid-sized company best where the organization uses multiple currencies in its day-to-day transactions. NetSuite is ready-to-use for businesses that follow financial standards. The more custom business processes there are, the more implementation is required. I would not recommend NetSuite to a large organization due to its performance issues. Additionally, the in-house bank reconciliation tool is not user-friendly for business purposes.
SAP S/4HANA provides Real-Time financial insights and performs automation for routine tasks. It reduced dependency on spreadsheets, resulting in fewer data losses, errors, and manual tasks. SAP S/4HANA may be less suitable for companies with highly specialized or higher financial requirements that require extensive customization, as the cloud version has certain limitations.
The area for the largest improvement needed is the implementation process. Especially when it comes down to an accounting based ERP setup rather than a CRM model. The experts should have accounting backgrounds in addition to the system knowledge for implementation.
There should be more training focused on the Dashboards and the maneuverability of the data focused for each graph or report within the dashboards.
The AP system is a little problematic with more complex company hierarchy. Due to the AP Invoice headers being driven by "main line" but the expense distribution being driven by journal entries - the AP aging is hard to verify the accuracy and can be distorted by different types of transactions.
NetSuite is able to cover all of our needs, spanning multiple departments and managerial levels. We use it daily for a multitude of functions, including creating promotions, estimating inventory, pulling historical reports, forecasting sales, and more. Overall, we're very satisfied with NetSuite as an ERP solution and recommend it to medium to large businesses.
The cost of SAP as an ERP is quite high and the switching costs associated with ERP systems are even higher. That being said moving from one ERP to another only happens once in a great while for large organizations. Those switching costs include retraining, IT hardware requirements, outside consultants and more
It's beneficial if you know what you're doing, but it can be very confusing to find what you're looking for, and many things seem overly complicated or require too many steps to accomplish a simple task - which can be overwhelming for someone accustomed to QuickBooks.
Day to day data insight is more accurate for manufacturing industry to procure as per forecasted from supplier. Supply and fulfillment cycle becomes more easier. I would say more about performance as we are using this new server so we can see clear difference between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and ECC. Also it has customized business extensions for rapid development.
It has been very reliable. I can only think of 1-2 times in 4.5 years that we have had issues getting in, and in each case were able to get back in within 1 hour. There has not been a major downtime
Most of the time the performance is very good. Pages load in a few seconds; financial reports take less than 5 seconds; basic searches take a few seconds. But performance can be sporadic throughout the day and cause the run time to triple.
I would like to give 8 rating for NetSuite support and reason for that is below: Whenever we faced any technical or functional issues we tried to reach out to NEtSuite support but response was not immediate. We told them about the urgency of the issue but still we were not getting response on time. Then, we have to reach out to AE to get things resolved.
The technical support received by the ITT design teams and OS implementation team has been very useful in ensuring that the SAP ERP is well-tailored to our company's specific needs and operations. This coupled with the training materials, business process maps, and concept demos (sand-box demos) makes adoption easy on end-users.
I had in person training for a day when first got the software. The training was good. The challenge was that there was a large gap between training and when we went live so we forgot quite a lot
I felt NetSuite Professional Services did an excellent job of guiding us in the implementation. I also felt our internal teams were a little resistant to the change and engagement of new software. Had we performed better engaging and buying into the new software, I would be able to rate the implementation better. Therefore, the lower number should not be viewed as a deficiency with the software or the professional services teams, but as an reminder of how important complete buy-in from the local users is.
SAP requires a lot of internal and external resources to complete its successful implementation. The cloud version requires a deeper understanding of the different capabilities of the local systems (hardware) and the connection towards your local IT team. We found several problems on our systems that we couldn't foresee before the implementation and roll out.
As our company grows, we determined that we needed something that goes deeper than Quickbooks, has more customization options for various functions, and allows us to have visibility across the entire company. While Quickbooks was definitely a bit more intuitive in terms of functionality, NetSuite ERP just has more options and tools that give us more insight and tracking.
The platform utilizes advanced predictive analytics to anticipate operational bottlenecks and put them out of commission before the problems become larger. We can proactively develop effective strategies that help keep service quality in the face of unexpected changes in the market, or external disruptions, by continuously analyzing historical performance data as well as elements of the current market
We have been able to scale our business 25X without any major overhaul with Netsuite. Its dashboard setup makes onboarding new employees very easy and allows data to be shared across multiple offices. Its cloud setup does not put any pressure on IT to scale servers or other infrastructure. We have been able to become much more efficient in all aspects of the business.
Improved overall time management and efficiency, allowing finance and operations teams to focus on the bigger picture and meaningful analysis.
Direct impact on quarterly profitability for a large health services client of %5 QoQ, due to better coordination and insight into where business efforts and priorities were more appropriately applied, directly resulting in enhanced operations and strategic management.
Greatly enhanced cross-departmental collaboration, as everyone was able to easily retrieve and review data and customized reports created and automated for their department, instead of relying on others, in other departments to provide the data they needed.
SAP is as stable as an ERP can get, so there an mandays lost on recovering from problems, etc.
As as big and stable system, there are quite a few master data tables that need to be maintained on a constant base, so this does cost some extra time, but one gets to have fine tuned processes in return. So this is well invested time.
SAP is an expensive system in general, but it is as they say. You get what you pay for and SAP is just the best ERP you can get, so...
