I think I've seen more engagement with Nooks than with previous tools phone call functionality. Orum was good for metrics but I felt that there was no direction being led by business intel which is something the AI features of Nooks provides.
We used to use Orum but decided to switch due to the number of issues we would see whether it was with connect rates, dial to connect times, and the amount of technical difficulties. Nooks outperforms Orum in every aspect especially around the reporting and analytics as Nooks …
Orum definitely has a layout that is strong, and the follow ups, notes, and the feedback your SDR manager or Sales manager can give you is priceless on this, at the end of the day this tool can be used to coach reps and also the tags can help get infront of your ICP faster.
Teams who work remote, Managers who want to listen to cold calls and coach someone live, or encourage a team member TO work with them in the same space.
Orum is really well suited for my role as a business development representative, and allows me to reach hundreds of prospects a week where as doing so before was extremely difficult if not impossible. However, in my role and tasks as an account manager, Orum is not as effective as it does not allow me to utilize my own number to call them through Orum, and this often leads to confusion when calling my customers.
Calls get cut off more regularly than I would expect. I am not sure if that is an issue on Orum's end, but I don't think it is a network issue either so I am not sure why.
In the search lists, it would be nice if we could add favorite cadences or separate by our own.
Nooks is very user friendly and intuitive, especially after the recent update. it integrates seamlessly with other tools in the tech stack and communicates almost instantly. If you were to run into issue, the Nooks support team are fast to address and resolve. Also, Nooks reps are always open to trainings and refreshers on the platform.
Orum has truly leveled up my calling abilities like no tool has. Its intuitive UI, rapid auto-dialer, and customizability have made it my go-to call tool. There may be slight improvements to be made from a CRM integration standpoint (much of which isn't Orum's fault because outreach doesn't give data), but beyond that I would give a strong recommendation for users looking to implement personalization at scale.
We used to use Orum but decided to switch due to the number of issues we would see whether it was with connect rates, dial to connect times, and the amount of technical difficulties. Nooks outperforms Orum in every aspect especially around the reporting and analytics as Nooks goes into much more detail.
Because Orum is much more efficient, easier to use, create a solid workflow and overall is a much better experience, which helps getting revenue and better results. Other tools would use a lot of my time with no results, while Orum has been much more efficient saves me time and makes me feel more productive and efficient.
My personal ROI has been approximately a 100% increase in the number of calls I can make in a given amount of time, vs. calling directly from Outreach before (roughly 50 calls per hour to 100+). The increased potential for business is worth the cost of admission for me.
