Paypro Workforce Management has custom report building that is easy to use and manipulate for data you need to pull. The onboarding system is overly complicated and not user friendly. Workflows are overly complicated and a workflow for PAFs is non-existent, causing our company to have to use paper PAF forms.
As an employee, I found Rippling super helpful and easy to use to check my benefits and also have a nice overview of my available PTO. Another thing and the one I love the most is being able to request PTO trhough the app without having to reach out/follow up directly with my supervisors for the request and approval. Everything is done on the app and is reflected on our calendars which saves time and makes it easier.
Setting up new employees is very easy and only takes a couple of minutes.
We have union and non-union employees, and we have both salaried and hourly employees. Workforce One lets us set up rules based on the union CBA, our office holiday schedule, etc., so we don't have to make many adjustments to timesheets when we have situations that deviate from the norm. The rules kick in and handle the situation for us.
The PTO and vacation process is very simple, fully online, and the forms are easy to fill out. Reports are quickly sent to our managers for approval. Maybe it sounds like I’m exaggerating, but I’m really not — maybe it's just something we take for granted. I used to work at a great company with an absolutely terrible system. For over ten years, they couldn’t manage to replace it. Simple things like requesting time off, getting a raise, or uploading documents took forever — sometimes months — and even the IT team struggled with it. Compared to that, Rippling truly feels like magic.
Again: Intuitive, simple, just how it should be! We already have work and tasks that are often complicated! An HR system that is meant to help employees shouldn’t add to our workload, stress, or become a source of problems.
Report Writing: Canned reports are antiquated like a dinosaur. Users should be able to design their own reports like all other systems. Click and it's there. Currently, it's not at all what it can be.
Very rigid with contract: meaning when a rule change and/or policy has changed the company is charged in order to make the change.
Integration within the system. There are times when you change the information in the system then it randomly changes another section.
We are very happy with the product, our experiences using the product, and the continued support that we have received from the Paypro staff. We fully intend to keep our relationship with Paypro on solid ground. We are not considering replacing this product.
Rippling continues to innovate and amaze me with their new innovations and features. Product feedback is taken seriously so I always give it whenever I can and end up seeing results. Rippling is the new wave of HRIS that cannot compare against others in the industry just due to the fact they are super user friendly!
The system is very thorough, has an efficient layout, and is very user-friendly. It can handle massive amounts of data and spit it out in manageable and useful chunks. We obtain tons of workable data from the various reports that the system can provide us. When it comes to payroll and HR, it can handle everything that you need.
If I can use it anyone can use it. I am tech savvy but let's face it, it's tough going from one program to the next and then adding in all the constant upgrades and updates that various entities have it gets difficult to keep up. Rippling makes it easy and to make it one of the best companies around they have a vast archive of quick, to the point instructional videos to help on a myriad of issues that may come up.
I like that the availability in using Rippling at any given time is useful to me. Getting on the site freely when I need gives me security of knowing that I can be in control of viewing health insurance and hours information. I have yet to get any errors in using the Rippling app.
Rippling's performance has been great, no errors or glitches yet so far. I am confident that Going from one page to the next and all its complexity usage does not lag or times out, it works effectively and efficiently. While using Rippling and other apps it does not tend to slow it down, works great. No complaints.
I am always able to get an answer to my questions as soon as I ask. If there is an associate that can not answer my question - they will make sure that someone else helps me. The company is very responsive.
Because they respond really fast, I feel like they are really there to support all my needs if I have any questions. If I have any questions, they are there to give me assistance. I think that they are the best resource for the company. Rippling is great!
The Paypro team was organized, professional, kept you on the budgeted timeline, followed up, was patient, experienced and truly cared. You would never think there were understaffed!
It's really easy to implement in comparison to other tools or applications. Different key points are easily configured and implemented as per need, having different configurations in systems. Implementation is something which binds the different parameters of an organization in a single row. Implementation of rippling is much easier, quicker, and error free than any other software. I recommend it strongly!
We have used in-house systems, ADP Total Source, and Valiant Services. This system, in my opinion, is more user-friendly and faster than others. We have more control on our end to process with flexibility that other systems just did not offer.
Rippling is Known for its intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy for both administrators and employees to navigate. It is Highly customizable, allowing businesses to tailor workflows and processes to their specific needs. Rippling Excels in automating administrative tasks, reducing manual work and the risk of errors. It is Generally more cost-effective with transparent pricing
I can go on here and see all my hours and pto plus health benefits. I like to have the work handbook handy to refer to legal things. How to work my role within it's limits. Being able to put in my hours and view when they are approved is a huge benefit for me.
Workforce save time in processing . The company can manage the payroll , process by one employee. The company used to have two employees to split the whole company dept; now one employee can manage the whole process.
The company has many employees more than 70, having the possibility of reducing workloads for the human resources team reduces costs substantially.
Employees can significantly reduce minor procedures by having the ability to make changes to their contracts immediately. The system automates these reports so that the HR team can obtain all statuses in real time.
The peace of mind that comes from having the system periodically report the status of a payment reduces the number of queries and potential inconveniences to the employer.
