RingCentral Video vs. Zoho Meeting

I would recommend RingCentral Video if a user or company is currently using RingCentral Meetings and is concerned with the security implications of using a Zoom-based platform. I would also recommend it if they are using O365 or G Suite presently. I would not recommend RingCentral Video if they are using MS Exchange on-prem. RingCentral Video is not as good as RingCentral Meetings, at present. It's also not as good as other meeting software, such as Cisco Webex.

Anyone who needs assistance with a work-related issue can take advantage of this service. Because of this, the entire company benefits from increased effectiveness, openness, and output in all areas. Sharing a computer's screen has been an enormous help. Stability issues increase when a major meeting occurs. Make sure you buy the paid version because you won't find a good free version.

• Embed meeting link feature- The feature is unique to Zoho Meeting and helps attach meeting link to website, thus anyone accessing [the] website can join the meeting with just one click of a button.
• Surveys and questions are prepared pretty seamlessly in Zoho Meeting as compared to other video conferencing applications.
• As mentioned earlier, webinar analytics i.e. the way all the questions and surveys data is presented in .csv file is very easy to understand and helps the team lead a lot in understanding and getting to know the team better.

• Bugs in screen sharing that include an "application was minimized" error and the inability to share audio from a pre-recorded video

Easy to use once it has been set up and onboarded with your company. Once you learn how to use all of the various features and dial out to other countries, it is a great product and in my opinion, superior to some of its competitors on the market currently.

If I say about the usability, this application is highly usable because oaf it's cost effective nature, user friendly interface, empathetic customer services and amazing application features. Zoho Meeting's support team was always good their response time. Many of their customers come to them with a complete lack of knowledge and I think they're well aware of that. they were friendly and knowledgeable so it was always a good experience contacting them. but I think it's better if they can open a hotline for their paying customers

RingCentral Video works basically as well as Google, Skype, and Zoom, however, those apps are more well known and much more industry standards. That is why we prefer them however we do use RingCentral as the backup and for some clients who prefer it for one reason or another. It is firmly on the second tier of options, but it is solid nonetheless.
