For my clients who are using Sprout Social over the other available options, it came down to ease of setup and use, the insane quality of customer support, their social reporting, and analysis, influencer identification, social measurement, and engagement, scheduling, and …
I've tried the free trial of Sprout Social, loomly, and Hootsuite. Sprout had a confusing dash, loomly doesn't post natively to Instagram, and Hootsuite wouldn't start my free trial and kept telling me there was an error. Honestly, I just like Zoho [Social]. It was the easiest …
I have used Sprout Social in the past, which is a great product in itself and covers almost every aspect that Zoho Social covers in terms of social media channels. However, Sprout Social is really expensive as a sole product, and also doesn't have integrations with other …
Zoho doesn't offer all of the bells and whistles that you get from Sprout Social but it is a lot cheaper at the same time – I find Sprout to be more intuitive and more comprehensive. I evaluated and considered both tools before going with Zoho, in the end I felt Zoho offered …

Chose Zoho Social
The Analytics are better in Sprout Social, but that comes at a cost.
Zoho Social is a great social media management tool that allows businesses, and individuals, to manage multiple social media accounts, schedule posts, track analytics, and engage with followers. It competes well with other social media management tools such as Hootsuite, …
Stacks up well. Good alternative a better price point

Chose Zoho Social
We chose Zoho Social because it hit the perfect middle ground for our agency. It had the essential features we needed—strong scheduling, good analytics, and an excellent and secure collaboration portal for our clients—at a price that was much more affordable. The ability to give …
They have far more tools than just social, so we thought we would try them and if we liked them we could use the rest of their suite too. Turns out we liked them a lot
Zoho Social is similar to Buffer in price but you get more channels for the costs, while Buffer allows for Pinterest. Zoho is more difficult to customize posts based on social media channels than Buffer, but easier to schedule posts for all channels at once. Zoho is cheaper …
I'd tried Zoho initially for enterprise management solutions. After several years of trusted service and their awards in the industry, I gave it a closer look. Many social tools have come and gone or increased prices while downgrading services for the people who helped them …
We have tried other online social media management platforms such as Hootsuite however Zoho Social is the best platform we've used so far for a number of reasons. We have found it much easier to navigate across the Zoho Social platform and also more useful when it comes to the …
Sprout is very expensive for what it offers, it could be a great product, but it doesn't offer much more than Zoho does and it is actually harder to use.
Highly affordable for a small business compared to some of the bigger guys out there. At our stage of business, we don't necessarily need all the features. Zoho Social does just enough to help us grow and manage what we have with a small team.
It's in another league as far as I'm concerned. One point I forgot to mention was the Canva integration where you can pull designs/creative directly from your account or create a new design within.

Chose Zoho Social
Zoho [Social] doesn't require you to use their scheduling function in order to collect data on posts.
We either trialed, did extensive research on these other products or talked to people who use them. Some of them may have better analytics and targeting than Zoho for large enterprises, but we are not a large enterprise. We are also a B2B company so we are less concerned about …
IMO it's best for an organization that has a lot of different people working on social media. They could be in different departments or just different members of the same team responsible for different types of posts (corporate, e-commerce, branding, etc.). I don't think it's as vital for a one-person team working solely within the Meta platform, for instance, especially if they're less concerned with detailed analytics.
We have a few videos to share on our social media accounts: Linked in, facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube, another personal youtube account, and tiktok. First of the videos will be shared now, but the second one should be shared 3 hours later, and the third one 6 hours later. Also, with some text, on each share... You give this job to a personnel and thrust they will be fast enough to login those accounts and share the content almost at the same time, with no mistakes on the texts we use, and you thing you are done, right? It doesn't work that way in real life situations. However, you can share the same text and video to every platform momentarily by clicking a button by Zoho Social. you can also schedule posts to be shared later at a certain time and date. Now, you can concentrate to develop the character and details of your campaign. And, also, now, you have a personnel who can be useful at some other work
For each account, customize posts for each platform, and schedule them to go live simultaneously.
Employee Advocacy via Sprout Social has integrated AI assistance for captions. Usually I would generate one suggested caption for employees to use/stem from when re-sharing to their socials. But now, EA message ideas display in random orders to better promote the full range of content.
Sprout Social has made the option to gamify the sharing concept quite easily with Employee Advocacy. Using the Leaderboard feature, employees can earn points in Employee Advocacy. Customized point values ensure you know how to climb the Leaderboard and start some friendly competition.
Zoho Social helps us develop posts, and it facilitates the automated publishing, which is vital in sharing the content we want.
Besides, Zoho Social is fruitful in customer engagement plan, where the software manages different accounts, and there is free communications throughout.
Finally, there is social media evaluation, monitoring, and analytics, and all of them brings to us an inference that is accurate and digital.
Social media platforms don't always play nice with Sprout so it will always be a challenge to get all integrations to work properly.
Sprout Social is a growing organization and they are acquiring new technologies, which can be good. However, they often spend time in meetings upselling new services. I like to learn about enhancements and opportunities but prefer to focus on my investments first.
I wanted to use the ability to have Zoho queue the posts, but I wanted to choose the start time of the first post for a few days in the future and I did not find an easy way to set that.
I wish there were a box with a cheat sheet of the sizes that each social media platform allows for it's video and pictures in the dialogue box for posting so I can be sure to choose appropriate content.
I do think it's a bit expensive, especially for my needs, but I like the ease of use. I will continue to do what I can to get this service discounted until I can no longer afford it.
I like Sprout for our needs and I like that it is easy to use. We want something better than HootSuite but don't need a high-level fancy program. The only think I don't like is customer service (except for chat).
Zoho Social is the BEST! I have found the perfect solution to social media marketing! It is extremely affordable and I highly recommend it! Create a post once and post it to 5 or more social media platforms! LOVE IT!! :)
Sprout Social's ease of use and navigation throughout the technology are relatively easy to figure out and teach. We also had a representative thoroughly walk us through the features and functionality to set us up for success in using the platform. I didn’t give it a ten because there were times when the navigation didn’t make sense, but once you figured out the quirks, it didn’t cause any trouble.
The reason behind assigning this rating stems from the software's remarkable ability to seamlessly integrate intricate functionalities with an incredibly user-friendly interface. It strikes an exceptional balance between sophisticated features and ease of use, making it a standout solution in its category. The software's attention to user experience, coupled with its comprehensive project tracking capabilities, has undoubtedly left a positive impression. This rating reflects my appreciation for how effortlessly it empowers teams to manage projects, collaborate effectively, and achieve their goals with utmost efficiency
Uptime was OK, but given the fact that we are in Europe, there were some specific problems: They tended to take the system down for maintenance during the night in the US, which was during our workday. This was definitely problematic and hard to explain to our clients.
Sprout Social's customer support is extremely responsive. They're also always looking for suggestions on how they can make the product better and will actually take your ideas to their team to see if they're worth implementing. I've never had an issue that couldn't be resolved by them in a timely manner.
I have not needed support for Zoho Social. This comment requirement is confusing to me as I must find text to fill the requirement of a minimum of 50 words. There should be a non-applicable button that allows either user to skip a question or then require a shorter explanation like in my first sentence. Geez, now I have to give a rating while never using the feature.
Their training is good, but the promotion of it is even better. I don't need or have the time for training, but I was always happy to know it was there. They did a great job sending updates out and making me aware when there was a new feature that I may want training for. As for the training I never used it, so I can't comment on that
Make sure you do it all the way. Do not break it into phases. Pour yourself a coffee, start it in the morning and you'll be done before you finish that coffee.
We are constantly exploring our options and looking for the most cutting-edge products that suit our needs as a business. Sprout ticked the boxes for what we needed when it was time for a change. Both are powerful tools, and you can only see by doing.
Zoho Social is a great social media management tool that allows businesses, and individuals, to manage multiple social media accounts, schedule posts, track analytics, and engage with followers. It competes well with other social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Agora Pulse, and Hubspot. Zoho Social stands out for its integration capabilities with other Zoho applications and affordability for small to medium-sized businesses. Each tool has its own strengths and weaknesses, and businesses should evaluate them based on their specific needs and goals. The biggest fallacy for Zoho is its restriction on scheduling tools on the free plan who have social and personal needs. I believe this can be circumvented by Zoho periodically making an advertisement to one's feed.
One positive impact has been a huge time saver for our team. Where we once had multiple systems and delays from producing content to approval to publishing, now everything is seamless.
Another positive impact is streamlining the onboarding process for new team members. Sprout Social is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to study even for someone completely new to social media.
One negative impact has been the time it takes to wade through irrelevant social listening posts. The filtering is not effective enough to eliminate the noise.
I had a month-long delay in launching my website. Zoho Social allowed me to continue to build an audience and anticipation while the website technical issues were worked out.
The free trial meant I could give it a good try before spending any of my precious startup budget.
