ZoomInfo Chat is a solution based on the former Insent.ai, an AI-driven chatbot acquired by ZoomInfo in June 2021 to enable sales and marketing teams to engage and convert more website visitors.
UpLead has many similar solutions to ZoomInfo but not quite as extensive and expensive. I find sourcing contact info on UpLead more accurate with the email validation feature provided and if an email gets bounced, I am not charged.

It's a very good tool that provides live chat, chat boat, and also a meeting scheduler so that customers can choose the preferred time to discuss with the sales team. It's very good for improving the productivity of the sales team and acquiring quality customers.
UpLead is one of the best B2B platforms available in the market which deals in offering the highest quality contacts and different companies’ data.
It has the best and updated real-time email verification, having contacts worldwide, technology tracking, account-based marketing, and robust API.
The integration of UpLead with other platforms is up to the mark. It allows users to integrate UpLead with other renowned software to have the best possible workspace to work on.

This is the main feature, so they've designed it well with companies like mine in mind. It's fast, clean, efficient, and perfectly integrates with main Zoom sales products, which is something every single one of us uses. So the synergy was already on the table before we started. Highly easy to use, minimal training required.
UpLead costs a bit more, but I found the data on UpLead to be well worth it in comparison and it was easier to transfer to our CRM (HubSpot). I like how they also provide useful API integration into UpLead and I hope they begin to offer more automation in the future.
As I mentioned, it's more than just a ChatBot. The ChatBot is just another feature that it offers, but it allows you to talk to the website traffic which otherwise would have gone without interacting with your website. Sometimes even retargeting ads fail to target such valuable visitors, that is where ZoomInfo chat plays its role.
