WordPatterns is very easy to use and keeps a direct line of communication with updates for your team and Manager(s). This tool takes collaboration way past the likes of Microsoft Teams. With everyone having an idea of your activities, information can easily be shared with useful and effective suggestions being provided by one and all. Timelines are easier to address and the level of precedence given to tasks can increase as well as decrease. It is easier to set achievable goals and the rest of the team can be involved in this process, to help reduce the time taken and to complete projects in time and on schedule. In terms of having direct communication with Management, it is invaluable as information can be sent there and then or later on. There is less of the cumbersome messaging involved in other Apps. It's also great for Appraisal/Performance reviews etc.
