Blissfully makes on-boarding bliss
We use Blissfully primarily to help with on-boarding and off-boarding of both employees and vendors. The ability to create teams that require access to specific software and then creating a series of tasks, assigned to the admin of that software, to create or disable an account makes access control super easy; especially when it comes to compliance and ensuring access is revoked within a specified time. Over time we've come to use more and more of Blissfully workflows and creating our own, to help with access request, vendor security questionnaires and even equipment requests for new hires. In a fast paced environment where we all wear several hats, Blissfully definitely helps take the load off.

We initially investigated other alternatives, but found that Blissfully was well suited for our needs. It had a good amount of pre-built functionality which was built based off of Blissfully's expertise; but also the ability to customize where we needed. Additionally, other solutions try to do A LOT more, which makes it much more cumbersome to move over to because you're changing multiple systems as opposed to augmenting specific processes.

Blissfully is great for on-boarding new staff
We use Blissfully to manage our onboarding and offboarding processes for our staff. With Blissfully's integration with Google Workspaces, we can import our OU structure and easily manage what software products are assigned to new employees. We also use Blissfully to track our software usage and track our software renewal dates.<br>
- Blissfully is great ant notifying system administrators when a new employee is assigned to the software that they manage.
- The UI features aren't always the most obvious in terms of how to use them.
- On-boarding new staff.
- It has had a positive affect on our account security and provides an excellent return.
