Blissfully makes on-boarding bliss
Overall Satisfaction with Blissfully
We use Blissfully primarily to help with on-boarding and off-boarding of both employees and vendors. The ability to create teams that require access to specific software and then creating a series of tasks, assigned to the admin of that software, to create or disable an account makes access control super easy; especially when it comes to compliance and ensuring access is revoked within a specified time. Over time we've come to use more and more of Blissfully workflows and creating our own, to help with access request, vendor security questionnaires and even equipment requests for new hires. In a fast paced environment where we all wear several hats, Blissfully definitely helps take the load off.
Pros
- Access tracking and revocation.
- On-boarding and off-boarding workflows.
- Systems spend tracking, per team.
- Internal access and purchasing ticketing.
Cons
- Integrations with all systems for automated access grants or revoking.
- Ability to create a user within corporation prior to their start date.
- Employee on-boarding workflows
- Employee off-boarding workflows
- Vendor on-boarding workflows
- Custom workflows
- Eased our path to SOC 2 compliance.
- Makes on-boarding more smooth.
- Allows finance more insight into each teams spend.
We initially investigated other alternatives, but found that Blissfully was well suited for our needs. It had a good amount of pre-built functionality which was built based off of Blissfully's expertise; but also the ability to customize where we needed. Additionally, other solutions try to do A LOT more, which makes it much more cumbersome to move over to because you're changing multiple systems as opposed to augmenting specific processes.
