8am™ MyCase and LawPay helped manage my time and clients
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use 8am to receive credit card payments (formerly LawPay), as well as for case management (formerly MyCase) as well as for client communications. The client management software allows us to organize our digital files, share documents securely with client and opposing counsel as well as allowing clients and opposing counsel to upload documents directly to our digital case file securely. Within 8am, we can also send and receive text messages from clients. Clients start their contact with us by completing an Intake Form we created and have within the 8am program and is emailed to them for them to complete and return to us connected directly to their consultation digital file. Because we do a lot of immigration work, we have added our docketwise addendum to 8am and all our client information will automatically populate into our immigration forms, saving us time and ensuring accuracy. We use this program for essentially the entirety of our practice.
