We use Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud with Go In Store, it is a service we are using for more than 5 years. We use this service to give to our customers a O+O experience by giving in-store assistance from our digital channels. The scope for us is to provide the best experience to our customers, and this means giving special assistance whenever they need, and thanks to Go In Store, we achieve this. Thanks to this technology we are able to connect our in-store assistants to our customer. Our customers can connect from our webpage and chat or video call with someone physical from our stores.

Since the beginning we had an amazing team with Go In Store, since there was a change of management with Emplifi, all the support has declined a lot, now it is not clear who is doing what. Now it seems that the people are not communicating internally and they have missed opportunities. There is no proactivity as it was before.

A way for customers to connect to our store teams and deliver a truly online and offline omnichannel experience. We use this across our retail doors to connect our web customers to real people who can give product recommendations and advice to those who cannot get into the store. It provides a personalized and human touch.

We use the platform for eCommerce calls on a partner website. Several users connect directly to consumers to demo products and support online sales. From customers directly interested in sales, to supporting products, the experts demonstrate and teach about the products through voice and video.

If you are just looking for a stable platform with a good interface to connect with customers, Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud is a good solution. However, if you are looking for a platform that allows managers to review or join calls to ensure quality or ensure representatives are online and available for customers, look elsewhere. In addition, reporting is more or less automated, and if it is not functioning do not expect a quick solution or answer from their support. In my experience, it's been months without reporting showing accurately, and nobody from their side can seem to give an answer. In my opinion, very poor post-purchase support and what we were promised does not match up to what we have been given.

We have been using the Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud for a long time. This software has been great for having an all-in-one UGC, Review Platform, User Discussion Board, and Q&A area for our E-commerce site. Support has always been great and any issues that have come up, whether from our side or theirs, have always been resolved quickly. We mostly use this software for Reviews, but more recently started our UGC journey which has been great.

Any e-commerce site would do well with Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud, and we found it better than other major competitors both due to our long-standing use of them and the support they are able to provide for feed, data, or other issues. If you only need UGC, there may be more heavily tailored products out there, but the all-in-one suite of products that Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud provides is second to none.

Currently we utilize the UGC and Ratings & Reviews with Emplifi. The UGC platform is easy to use with multiple options for obtaining/soliciting/scraping content. There are plenty of options for tagging (general and product specific) which is helpful for display. The Ratings & Reviews platform has performed fine; its features are very basic and we've had only a few issues over the years.

We are using the Live Advisor solution in some pages on two of our websites. This solution includes live video calls, share scream and basket creation, and rate the call at the end. The main purpose of the tool is to bring the opportunity to website users to have a instant call with one of our bathroom expert designers. We are also developing the opportunity to use the service in our regular virtual appointment service, integrating the solution with our appointment service, to create event calendars and manage appointments.

  • Emplifi is open to test new use cases with us, being flexible with their Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Our group of companies is based on Windows and Android operative systems and the updates of the Emplifi apps have different schedules for each operative system which is a pain when you want to have a streamlined process across your tech stack
  • We wanted to use our own in-house appointment service to integrate with them, which showed to be challenging. Emplifi doesn't own the test environment making longer to develop, test, and release solutions.
  • The reporting process that I said is good, also has frequent issues and is common to receive an email every week or so informing on a problem. The impact of the issues have been small, but it creates doubts about the strength of Emplifi's internal processes
Emplifi's support and commercial teams are always available and ready to give support. Emplifi is also open to test new use cases, even though they are beyond contractual terms. That is amazing. They need to work on the processes to guarantee a streamlined integration with customers' technology, offering more options to those willing to develop in-house their solutions, and to keep an accurate reporting on time.

We utilize the User Generated Content sourcing tool within Emplifi (previously Pixlee.) The tool enables us to source photos across our large portfolios of brands and to request permission to use the images in an easy & seamless manner. Due to legal concerns, we need written approval prior to using any images and the tool makes it easy to save those permissions for future use should they ever need to be reviewed.

We have only used the User Generated Content component of the Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud so I am not able to speak to the overall platform's other capabilities. However, we found the UGC tool to be relatively intuitive and easy for our teams & agencies to use with limited training and hand-holding. The tool enabled us to use the content we found in more creative and robust marketing methods, including (but not limited to) adding photo galleries to our websites, sharing the photos on digital screens within the property and adding images to our email templates. These additions increased engagement with our consumers and gave our brands a more genuine feel, which is always critical in today's marketing atmosphere.

We use it to collect UGC from our customers, both for use on social media and our e-commerce website. This has allowed us to use customer imagery as a source of social proof, as well as providing us with a huge volume of content.

We've found it to be the perfect solution for both creating a solid permissioning process when looking to re-share connect across social, while also being great for spotlighting content on our website. Alternative options seemed to lack in one way or another, whereas this solution provided everything we were looking for (and more).

Aside from streamlining our processes, Emplifi is much more user-friendly for me, and we appreciate the support available for us. I also like that it has helped empower us by having access to various dashboards featuring analytics and trends.

To schedule facebook and Instagram content, preview feed and view analytics. This helps us get ahead of schedule in marketing, make sure our overall aesthetic is cohesive and brand appropriate and see the results of that planning.

I use Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud for social media inbox and community management, reporting, publishing, and UGC image acquisition and organization. The Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud community management and reporting is great. It takes a lot off of my plate to manage everything in one place. The reporting is good but difficult to navigate in my opinion. I have to ask our account manager questions on our reporting dashboards frequently. However, I do wish I would have known some data only stores for 90 days prior to signing. I'm incredibly disappointed with Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud Pixlee integration and feel bait and switched with the program. None of the reporting populates and if it does it's incorrect in my experience. Additionally, I believe creators have a hard time signing on to the platform -- so we spend a long time getting them signed on and then the data we have for them is still wrong I've found.

I'd be wary with the Pixlee integration. I've had a bad experience getting the UGC creator program set up and reporting properly.

  • Link in bio - really hit or miss if these save or not. Sometimes they do and sometimes have to refresh and try again over and over again.
  • Sometimes the analytics within the native platforms (like TikTok) are really different than the analytics Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud pulls through.
Overall, Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud is a great do-it-all tool that keeps the world of social scheduling, posting, and reporting easy to manage. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tool to help their workload feel more manageable!

To be able to make a live product presentation by a salesperson in-store, thus enabling our customers with or without reduced mobility to see the product in real life. This enables us to make more remote sales, thus increasing our sales volumes. We are gradually installing the system in our stores, enabling our sales staff to make more profit and earn higher salaries as a result.

The primary reason I used Pixlee was to integrate products from our e-commerce website into photos submitted by social media users (UGC). We wanted a way to easily integrate purchase opportunities while organizing all of the photo submissions our company received on a daily and weekly basis. Pixlee was especially beneficial for our regular promotions and giveaways.

Pixlee is ideal for companies with a large social following or an active social audience. It's particularly great for e-commerce companies or any brand that sees an opportunity to integrate purchase opportunities into social media images and embed or shared them as needed. It may not be ideal for smaller companies or companies with little or no social media audience. (But it's also an opportunity for those latter companies to grow.)

We use TurnTo to manage Product Reviews and Q&A for several thousand products on our website. This includes email review solicitations from customers and content moderation. Star ratings are displayed on category pages and search results, and review/Q&A details are displayed on product pages.
  • Easy integration with existing website design/theme so that the reviews appear to be native on the pages.
  • Provides all the review functionality that you'd expect from TurnTo's competitors.
  • Great customer support with quick responses to questions.
  • The user interfaces for the back-end moderation screens are antiquated and feel like they haven't been updated since the early 2000's.
  • Searching for specific content in the review moderation screens is difficult/awkward.
  • It would be great if the ability for users to include photos was included in the base package.
If you are looking for a basic, "set it and forget it" solution for product reviews at a reasonable price, it's hard to go wrong with TurnTo. Our company has been using TurnTo for nearly 10 years now and I don't recall ever having technical issues or downtime. I just wish the backend moderation screens were a bit more user-friendly.
