It helps us with the follow up of our main metrics, separating clients, subscriptions, audience, and even more. It is also possible to get personalized or virtual subscriptions depending on your business operations. They provide visual metrics, and great tables with previous months' data and information. Not only this, they keep on track on our goals and send some alerts on how it's going

If you are starting your business or service, I would not recommend it. They have a limitation that they omit some types of plans and subscriptions.
In the first months would be a little hard to keep everything on track, since this limitation would mask some of your numbers or sales.
