Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
We use it to support other users, but also to provide remote assistance on devices running IOS to solve users' problems. Our organization has a variety of different devices with various OS (MacOS, iOS, Android and of course Windows). Many solutions have several tools but we needed one tool which works everywhere.
whats even better there's one version you can just download and run - no installation needed

- Simple to install
- gives good security impression
- fantastic support always there when you need it
- why do i get a login confirmation ALTHOUGH i used my credentials?
- sometimes i get "you are on our EU server pls go there".. why? i understand GDPR but the backend selection should be handled in the background based on the login data
- saves a lot of time and phone calls especially when supporting IOS devices
- users can be easilly helped on various devices and platforms
for my personal taste almost TOO secure sometimes to the point where it gets annoying. The tools are indeed state of the art and you feel VERY secure almost too much for my personal taste when you're hurrying to solve another issue you get install verify connect verify etc.
That's sometimes slowing down the help but from a security point of view its indeed great.

Getting started is simple : just download install and start (or don't even install - just invoke the EXE file and your good to go.
Installing the apps for IOS, MacOS or remote assisted machines is simple too - but another option (on desktop machines ) is not to install anything but users instead just go to an URL and open it - that's all you need and you can remotely access or view the machine.

Yes - Netviewer - one thing above all: the INSANE cost - it became simply too expensive if you want to have ONE solution which ONE user uses at a time you still need to license every user. Having like 2-3 requests per week this would mean an investment too high to make sense for us. Also we had a lot of issues technically and also the support for mobile OS was bad (really bad)
