Overall Satisfaction with Timeclock.Kiwi

The staff uses it to clock in and out every day. They were able to start using it straight away, they didn't need to be taught as it is really simple. The setup was also simple and has saved me lots of time already. Very happy so far as this is way more reliable than my old time clock that would break all the time and had issues with daylight savings.
  • Cheap, monthly cost is very good. Couldn't find a better alternative.
  • Can use an old tablet like an ipad if you have one lying around.
  • Adding in all the jobs manually is time consuming, looking forward to getting the API.
  • Ability to clock in and out
  • Having users have a PIN to sign in
  • Easy to export the data in the format that we need for payroll
  • Saves a lot of time for payroll
  • Less time spent trying to figure out what is wrong with the time clock today haha

The staff was able to start using it straight away, they didn't need to be taught as it is really simple. Have set up several of them around the factory and as they are all synced in real-time people can sign in at anyone they want which is really helpful as it is a big site. Also being able to get the "trouble makers" to have to use a PIN has stopped the complaints about people clocking them out while they were working.
