Overall Satisfaction with Act-On
Act-On is used by our sales and marketing teams to generate sales interest, capture and nurture leads and to communicate with customers and prospects.
- Act-On has an outstanding on-boarding team so set up and launch of the system was very easy for us.
- We love the GoToWebinar and Salesforce integration.
- Act-On's customer success and support is outstanding.
- All of our prospecting and marcom emails are sent through Act-On and the open/click visibility is great.
- The email editor can be a little clunky but they have made some improvements to it recently.
- We sometimes struggle with email deliverability but I'm not sure that is Act-On's fault.
- Act-On has allowed us to increase employee efficiency by only putting sales ready prospects in front of our sales team.
- We've been able to increase the quality of our communications and improve the relevance through better targeting.
- With Act-On we have much better sales funnel visibility than we used to.
We were happy with Makesbridge but we grew out of it and Act-On provided some added benefits that we (at the time, four years ago) were unable to achieve with Makesbridge.

Obviously value and features/benefits were the two most important factors but third was my confidence that they would be able to assist with the set up and implementation. I was blown away by Act-On's onboarding.
I would not change my evaluation and selection process.

We had an instance of GoToWebinar registrants not showing up in our automated program. We called support and they looked into it but they needed to do some additional research. They called us back to say that the issue was resolved.
