Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics
We currently use Adobe Analytics as our primary digital analytics platform across all of our domains for providing digital insight to product/marketing as well as feeding into our wider data warehouse.
We use this to help support product in future development, provide digital insight to the business as well as optimise the current journey for the customer.

- Adobe Workspace allows us to build easy to consume dashboards/reports for end users.
- Workspace allows us to allow additional capabilities with our data to drive self service and allow the end user to dig deeper into the data.
- The flexibility in data capture allows us to fully address business questions.
- The lack of adding annotation and notes to graphs - makes it harder for the end user to understand dips in data.
- Live segmentation to really allow the user to create filers on the fly while reporting.
- The admin console is a bit tedious in how it works and could do with a revamp.
- Workspace
- Adobe Launch
- Custom dimensions
- Attribution IQ
- Allowed us to justify the value in our App product which has resulted in growth across the team and offering
- Now is chosen as tool of choice for any new product or business to help understand performance
- Identified key pain points in our login journey impacting customer journey that has allowed us to resolve and increase overall engagement
- Integration with Salesforce has really helped us improve overall marketing effectiveness
I personally feel Adobe currently has the best offering, closely followed by Google Analytics.
Both have pros and cons but I feel Adobe has a little bit more in terms of custom dimensions and workspace that really help it shine; however, I feel Google Analytics is better when it comes to real time reporting, something Adobe is lacking.
