Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics
We utilize Adobe Analytics to track and understand our customer's and prospect's accesses and movements on our digital properties. Without Adobe Analytics we would be unable to track and understand our customer's and prospect's activities.
Pros
- User friendly user interface
- Ability to replicate reports via save as
- Share with option for non-users
- Ability to build segments while in the report
Cons
- Quick segments need to be more than 3 options
- Cannot loose Activity Map access like the last instance
- Workspace could be easier to navigate
- Can't say that Adobe Analytics alone has impacted ROI for the Adobe Stack.
- It's used in combination with Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager and yes we can see lift from personalization through the tool, but I really can't attribute it to the tool.
- All externally facing sites are required to have Adobe Analytics implemented. Engagement is essentially mandated.
Most reporting is in the form of a site dashboard. We will use the site URL as the base, pull in visits, time and YOY/MOM data, using both freeform tables and visual aids. We also like to track the ins and outs, i.e., referring sites and where the visitor goes next. This we show graphically with great impact.
Many of our users come from a background of using Google Analytics. They like it, but Adobe Analytics gives them an ability for a more thorough analysis.
