Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now for the whole organization. Employees can do onboarding and update records via the self-service portal. We also use the forms library so employees can access certain documents.
- The Bridge: I love using the Bridge because I can usually get the answer with out calling. I refer to the Bridge as my Bible.
- Very user-friendly: I've used other payroll software and even though there are some things I dislike, this is hands-down the best system.
- Customer Service: Although ADP has the best system, it's a pain to call their customer service. It is their biggest downfall--for the past 5 years that's my biggest complaint.
- Onboarding: I don't think onboarding is as user-friendly as it could be. I'm still entering most of the info manually. To me, it would just be easier to use DocuSign.
- I don’t think it’s beneficial to have the onboarding price included in the package, because onboarding really doesn’t save any time. That part is a waste of money in my opinion.
- AMS - but turns out it can't be integrated after we were told it could

COVID-19 Response
they sent notices out and had messages when you logged in. when you called and had someone try to explain something to you in regards to the ppp loan it's like they had no idea. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave us false info. really haven't been impressed with them in awhile
We worked through the whole thing. We did have employee go out due to covid and trying to figure out that with their long hold times and employees who were not knowledgeable about the codes they had set up for it. I probably would of been better off just googling how to take care of the situation.
Well these really didn't come into play unless you got someone on the phone who knew what they were talking about which I didn't get until the very end of the year. I don't think their training their employees or support on how to take care of these situations. sometimes just directing an employer to a web page isn't exactly going to help. However the webinars were helpful.
It has helped especially when coming to employees changing their direct deposit or getting their paystubs. Also like how they can update their taxes on their own.
