Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ALI uses ADP Workforce Now across our whole organization, which consists of three entities. Workforce Now allows us to easily monitor and analyze data for reporting purposes. It also allows ALI to have one true source for all of our employee's data with its wide variety of modules and application options.

I gave it a 9 for an overall rating, only because it is so new and some of the features are still working to get some bugs out of. Obviously this takes time, but I know it will be a "10" soon! ADP Workforce Now is a great system with a lot of potential.

It was very easy! It only took a few hours!
I believe Workforce Now has more features available to employers, where it can become an all-in-one system for them. This is very cost-effective for businesses that use these sources.
Workforce allows us to easily monitor and analyze data for reporting purposes. We love the Time and attendance, Compensation/Payroll and On-boarding modules. These modules make it easy for us as a company to effectively and efficiently track our employee's time, as well as pay our employees. We use the onboarding module to process new hires, complete new hire paperwork, federal paperwork and have the employee sign off on ALI policies and procedures.

Using ADP Workforce Now

128 - These users consist of general users, Supervisors, Managers and Administrators.
4 - We have 4 Administrators. These individuals consist of Human Resource and Finance personnel. The Finance side processes all of the payroll.
  • Time and attendance.
  • Compensation/payroll.
  • Federal Reporting (EEO-1).
  • State & Federal Taxes.
  • Recruiting.
  • Hold all of our employee files.
We will definitely be renewing our use of ADP Workforce Now, as it allows our company to hold all of our employee data in one area.
