Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We used ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and manage new hires/terminations. Most of our corporate employees use the system to review hours and pay.
It helps manage employee pay and personal information in a timely manner. We are aiming to have our entire organization use the time and attendance feature in the future.

It seems to me that the product could work for very small and very large companies. There are aspects of the products that relate to all businesses and seem that it could be tailored to fit either a large or small business operation. Therefore I would rate the products overall scalability at 8/10.
  • TMW and TMT
We have not attempted to intergrate any system with ADP Workforce Now but we do use other systems like TMT and TMW alongside ADP. The depth of this so called "integration" is very low.
I personally have never worked with another product like this except for a previous job in which is used Kronos to clock in and out. I found the system very difficult to navigate and not very straight forward. ADP overall has a system that is easy to navigate when it comes to the big picture but is very difficult to navigate with small nuance issues.
The system works well with the majority of payroll related items but their are aspects of the interface that lack efficiency. The layout of the website is difficult to navigate and can be frustrating when in a time crunch for payroll. I often find myself looking through 3-4 tabs to find the one piece of information.

Overall, in the actually processing of payroll it works very well just a few nuance issues.
