We use ADP [Workforce Now] for payroll and HR services. We keep and manage all employee data in ADP Workforce Now. We process payroll for all employees on the field and in the office through ADP.
Pros
- Great support - We have a dedicated support specialist just for us. When she is out on vacation, she does have a back up we can speak to
- Many reporting features. ADP easily allows you to create reports by allowing you to add any category you want by dragging that category into the reports section.
Cons
- Reporting could be a little more user firiendly for those who are not technically savvy.
- Waiting to get help with the reporting team is long. Sometimes you have to wait 45 minutes to an hour before someone is able to help you.
- Only positive! Makes dailytasks very easy to complete
- I upload hours and process payroll all in one! So no need to use an additional vendor
- User friendly program that employees can access without any issues, therefore eliminating phone calls to request information
- Snag A Job
It was pretty easy to achieve. The integration team knew what they were doing and this wasn't their first time integrating Snag to ADP. It was a seamless experience.
