Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use the ADP Workforce Now as the payroll and time management system for our company.
  • Time tracking is very easy
  • Highly secure app
  • Easy payroll distribution to employees
  • The need to change a password every month is annoying, though respectable
  • Overall it had a negative impact because of how expensive it was based on our business model and a number of employees.
Definitely becomes more realistic and profitable as the company grows. There were a lot of untapped resources simply because we weren't large enough to make use of them. We will definitely consider it again in the future.

We wanted to integrate with our task management software to help simplify time tracking, but we were not successful. Hopefully in the future it will become available.
Though definitely not as robust as ADP Workforce, these two software have been everything that we needed to make our business function. We understand that in the future we will need to be able to use more resources that ADP offers.

They have a top of the line support team to back up their top-tier product.
This service is a very well-developed system with little to improve on. That being said, because it's top-tier it's also more expensive. At our company we decided to move away from it for now until we grow into a bigger organization.
