Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP WFN as our primary HRIS software. We use this for storing confidential employee data, employee files, and processing payroll/HR requests. We also use ADP to manage our medical and other benefits that we offer to all employees. We run request reports from ADP to ensure that all of the data that we are processing is accurate and audited.

  • I feel that there could be more reports added; I like to request them through the feedback option.
  • The only negative was the learning curve that comes along with implementing this software. That is honestly not the company's fault, it is the fault of not advancing quick enough to get this software and getting left behind. Learning is a breeze tho since you have a lot of support from the ADP team.
I feel that overall this is just a software that Operations would use. There really is no need for anyone besides Operations to use it for reports, payroll, and HRIS. The only thing that I could imagine someone besides us to use it for would be to approve their report to's PTO request.

I am currently in the process of getting this done with some new vendors that I am looking to work with. I am going to be on a call with a rep soon to get integrated with their system and another that I will be looking to add.

ADP offers a lot of help with their software. I love the fact that I can message someone at any moment and get responses so quickly and get all of the help I need if I call and ask for help. I would say that ADP offers all of the assistance I need if I have any questions.
I believe that ADP is well suited for a lot of things such as PR Processing, HRIS, and file storage. I would hope that some features were cheaper for smaller companies, so we could also enjoy some of the features that larger corporations get. I feel that SFTP's should be less expensive initially for a smaller company, and only until a company gets a certain size does it get more expensive.
