Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is a great platform that has made many improvements over the years. That being said, there is a lot of functionality and ability to customize things in the system, while that is great in that it can fit a wide range of needs for your company. I would say that if you are not familiar with the system you should speak to a Customer Success rep from [ADP Workforce Now] to make sure that you have the change in the correct area so there is no impact elsewhere in the system.

Pros

  • The recruitment function is great for HR
  • Contacting your service rep or Customer Service is always helpful

Cons

  • Finding reports
  • Able to see our payroll
  • Able to set training for managers
[ADP Workforce Now] has everything figured out when it comes to Payroll, Benefits enrollment, and HR. It has been a great help to those departments. Even though [ADP Workforce Now] got a 10 there are a [few] things that need to get fixed when it comes to their updates. But overall it is a great system to work on when the company has over 100+ employees.
  • ADP Time and Attendance
It would be [great] if they [could] better communicate with each other. There were a few times when they did not speak to each other and we had to manually enter a new rate.

Yes

The support for [ADP Workforce Now] is excellent. When there is a question that needs answering the Account Manager is available when needed. When she is out there is always someone else that can help and is knowledgeable in the question that was given. The support function on [ADP Workforce Now] is also helpful and they answer in a timely manner.
Overall, [ADP Workforce Now] has helped when it comes to the benefits enrollment site. Since we still have some employees that are furloughed due to the pandemic it was a great help to see who will be able to continue with their health insurance. It was helpful since they were able to re-enroll in our benefits.
