Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Human Resources uses ADP Workforce Now on a daily basis to manage all employees' personnel records. Some issues that we encounter are delays in the drug screening and background screening results. Additionally, sometimes we receive inaccurate notifications that the drug testing appointment was missed, however, it was not. When calling into ADP Selection for assistance, sometimes the wait times are extremely long.
  • Populating real time applications.
  • Management of employee records in one system.
  • The bridge and training modules are very helpful.
  • Notifications when any selection of an applicants background has returned.
  • Easier process with running reports.
  • Sending out an exit survey when a termination is completed within the system.
  • Positive effect on storage of employee records.
  • Less paper usage.
  • Ability to streamline process.
Within our company we need to utilize more functionalities to streamline processes with HR and Payroll.
I feel ADP Workforce Now has exceeded other products by offering more capabilities.

ADP Workforce Now has allowed our record management process to be more fluid and easier to manage.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), ApplicantPro
It is well suited for data management for employees. Great functionalities and features with providing personnel information.
