Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I used ADP as an employee at another organization. In my current role, I underwent the process of reviewing and changing HRIS providers for the organization after negative feedback about the current provider. I was very pleased and impressed with the products and support offered by the team at ADP. The implementation was thorough and allowed us to train staff over time. The system effectively streamlined HR functions and recordkeeping into being more efficient than with our previous service provider.

  • This system is less expensive than our previous provider
I haven't come across an issue. It offers more than what we had before for less.
Some are very comparable, but ADP had better pricing and scalability to fit our needs.
