Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP WFN for payroll, tax, and employee record-keeping. This enables us to consolidate all our information in one place.

Pros

  • Tax filing.
  • Training
  • The Bridge.

Cons

  • Faster turnaround on service requests.
  • More detail when receiving a payroll error.
  • We have had less payroll errors in the past 3 years.
I like how we can add to WFN or take away items we are not utilizing.
  • Currently implementing Workforce Manager.
WFN is easier to use and understand.

I believe that your experience with WFN largely depends on the level of knowledge your payroll specialist possesses. We have one of the best. We have gone through several that were lacking knowledge before we got the one we have now.
