Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We utilize ADP to process payroll, manage timecards, maintain employee data electronically, manage company policies and reviews, send employee surveys, track training, and manage the annual review process. ADP offers a variety of resources to develop a true HRIS system that consolidates tasks under one solution.
Pros
- Automated annual review process with notification.
- Processes accurate payroll from electronic timecard entry.
- Automatic GL downloads for complex payroll entries that are completely customizable.
- Anonymous surveys to staff.
- Very customizable solutions to fit your needs.
Cons
- Very poor customer service.
- Time consuming and difficult to connect with account manager.
- Configuration of shift premiums can be challenging.
- The onboarding platform is limited and difficult to use.
- Electronic documents and signatures makes complete HRIS utilization unrealistic.
- Decreases overall file maintenance time.
- Makes remote access from anywhere simple.
- Online documents through the Document Cloud are challenging and limited.
Found Document Cloud to be of little to no value and maintain hard files outside of ADP.
ADP offers a more robust catalogue of solutions, making it a true HRIS system as opposed to other solutions, such as Gusto or QuickBooks. Both are great for payroll processing and QuickBooks for enhanced accounting support, but neither is an HRIS system that allows you to manage all aspects of the employee-employer relationship like ADP does.
