Pretty Good for the Cost Considering the Other Options

ADP Workforce Now's scalability is pretty good, once the GL mapping is setup and the control fields it really doesn't matter how many employees you have in whatever groups are setup. The setup will always be the same. This makes it ideal for growing companies where employee count is higher or changes regularly

The customer support is pretty good. however I came across when I call in they say well I can't help you but I can open a ticket. Then when our customer support contact contacts me they say well I can't help you but I can get a team member that can. It seems like a waste of time. Why did the first person connect me with the customer support rep only for them to refer me to another team again. Just wastes my time

The implementation went ok however it could have been a lot better. We were handed off to another support member when we weren't done setting up the GL Mapping. Now we were handed off again to another team member with reports and requests still not finished. So we have to explain the request again to the new person. The GL Mapping was a pain as the person setting up the mapping didn't understand nor read the spreadsheets sent and mapped things incorrectly then was upset when this was brought to their attention.
