I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the incredible support and guidance the implementation team provided us here at [...]. This team's assistance has been nothing short of outstanding, and I truly cannot thank them enough for the exceptional service they have delivered. From the very beginning, we’ve felt completely confident in every step of our journey with ADP Workforce Now. The clarity and guidance we’ve received have been immaculate, and at no point have we ever felt confused or unsure of what the next steps were. The communication has consistently gone above and beyond, and it has made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Pros

  • [...]'s teamwork is truly unmatched. She has hopped on many calls with us and always ensured any issues were resolved, or if it was beyond her scope, she quickly connected us with the right person to keep things moving forward.
  • [...] has been a great asset to us as well, ensuring that all the details were worked out and connecting me with the appropriate team members whenever necessary to assist us further.

Cons

  • 401k was not implemented properly
  • Screening and Selection services does not upload a background check result to the employee profile
  • Candidate's being hired will not transfer the offer amount over to their profile. So, you always have to go back to the recruitment/applicant page to see their offer when creating their employee profile.
  • Extremely successful return, mainly because we have a successful applicant platform that works for us now.
  • Very user friendly for all of our staff on any level
This platform has allowed all of our departments to be seen as a whole organization or broken down into individualized sectors which is extremely helpful helpful.

Now that we have worked in ADP Workforce Now for 6 months now, we can't express how much we still love every bit of it. It is user friendly, easy to navigate, and everything is in the palm of your hand on the amazing app as well.
