Overall Satisfaction with Asana

We use it as a project management tool to assign different tasks and roles to a project for the department. We have multiple boards where we break a project down into pieces to simplify the process. It has helped us see where we need help on a project and keep everyone else on time.

We use the software to manage all of the projects for our marketing department. As the director, I assign a project to an employee and they break it down into smaller tasks that can be shared on the team. Then I can see where a project is at any given point in time.

Asana Support

I have only contacted Asana support once, but they went above and beyond to answer my questions when I did contact them. I had an issue with assigning roles and they actually showed me a brand new way to organize my process and ended up saving me a lot of time in the long run.

Using Asana

Asana is easy to use and it has all of the features that I would be looking for in a project management software. The ability to assign tasks and deadlines is extremely easy and it allows me to spend little time in the software and accomplish a lot in the real world.
