Atera has made managing end-users devices simple. Not only does it provide a quick way of remotely accessing clients' devices to resolve issues, but the automated patch management and the ability to deploy scripts to multiple devices from a single pane of glass also reduce the time it takes to ensure device compliance. Ticketing and basic device metrics are an added bonus.

Compared to several other RMM packages we trialed, Atera was simple to set up and deploy. the Atera pricing model is very different which makes it affordable, and having the ability to tie into a number of add-on services, gives us the ability to expand our MSP offerings as needed.
Atera has reduced the amount of time we take to resolve end users' issues, The automated patch management and scheduled reporting are real-time savers. The main dashboard gives a quick overview of where things are at with all critical monitored devices and what help desk tickets need to be addressed. The navigation of the UI is simple and intuitive.
The Atera dashboard gives an overview of current issues, the status of monitored devices, and outstanding tickets. We packaged provide IT managed services for many clients, with several clients on break/fix arrangements. The pricing model of Atera means we can get a history and quick access on the devices for our break-fix clients, without the additional per device overhead.
