We are now using Atlassian Confluence for several years to document all the progress in our
program with several projects aligned. We structure every meeting with Atlassian Confluence and even the tasks will be documented in the structure we use at Atlassian Confluence. The outcome of the meetings with all resolutions
are documented, so every new member could easily catch up the actual status of
the program.

We use Jira for the IT tickets, so the step to use Atlassian Confluence was the logical decisson.
