Best Choice for small business needs
Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
I personally use Broadvoice for all of my business telephone communication needs. My line rings right to my cell anywhere I am, and this was the primary appeal of this service. I particularly appreciate the ability to forward to another line if I need to, and the convenience of the incoming and outbound personal greetings set to my office hours as I set them. This solves the inconvenience of having to have a set office line at one location... the portability is a must have for us.
Pros
- Identifies my caller and gives me the option of saving them as a contact
- Allows me to forward my calls to another line
- Gives me clear, consistent reports on my call usage and trends
Cons
- We initially had some difficulties with the response from our very first support rep after we completed our onboarding. I had a few inquiries that were not timely responded to until another rep was assigned to us.
- The incoming calls show up on my phone as chats as well. I'd love to be able to stop that from happening.
- Portability
- Caller ID and ability to save our contacts
- Dashboard functions that make it easy to modify our usage settings temporarily or permanently, if we need to
- Allows for better monitoring of call trends
- Has helped me be able to be mobile and still address my business calls
- Well priced for the features we need and use the most
