Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
I use Broadvoice B-Hive Mobile daily to connect with clients that Sipley the Best serves: making and receiving phone calls and phone messages, and sending and receiving text messages.
Pros
- Broadvoice quickly responds to my calls and/or emails for assistance.
- The service representative was attentive to my technical issue and provided a solution.
- Several service reps continued to respond when I reached back out for additional assistance, found the added issue, and worked patiently with me until I was able to complete the tasks they assigned me in order to solve the problem.
- Every representative I have worked with this past year and last week has been quick to respond and to address the problem and hand until a solution was found.
Cons
- Our team struggled for months with our calls to clients showing up as spam, and thus not receiving return calls Our team received new local phone numbers last week and a shorter company name for the screen ID, which has helped.
- Oftentimes my reception/volume on calls seems to be under par, but since last week that has improved a lot, with a reset of my settings in the Broadvoice system, and removing and then reinstalling the B-Hive app on my phone, with the representative's guidance
- Upon past requests for help, a few times I received general emails that didn't specifically address my issue. I sometimes just used my own phone number on certain calls, but a few months later upon several of us asking for more help, we got the results, described above. And when my service went down last week, I got quick responses and they found the issue quickly and reset my access, etc. So I think improvements to focused responses and solutions are being made, which has made me a customer who would recommend Broadvoice to other businesses.

- As a company member, and non-owner, Broadvoice phone usage is the way we do business, so though I don't have numbers, this tool adds a high percentage to our success rate.
- The smooth use of the Broadvoice phone system improves the reputation of our company, so approval is increasing as I am experiencing better reception and a satisfying client experience.
I feel the Broadvoice product and Google Voice are comparable. However, I would go with Broadvoice over Google at this time because of the personal and quick customer service and assistance Broadvoice provides to me and our team, and the ease of connecting with Broadvoice as needed, which exceeds my experience in that vein with Google Voice.
