Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
We're currently using CaptivateIQ for calculation and payout of sales commission. Currently the sales organization is the main department using it, however there's the possibility of expanding this to other teams who have incentive bonuses built in. Previously we were using another software called Spiff, which was better than manually calculating commissions, but had too many instances where the calculation wasn't matching what it should have been when doing it off the system, so we looked for a different solution.

We were previously using Spiff for our commission calculation, but it required much more time for implementation, handled exceptions much more poorly, and overall needed more hands-on support from us than we wanted. The design of dashboards and team structures is also much better on CaptivateIQ compared to Spiff. They were also competitive on pricing
