Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CIQ to automate and streamline all our compensation workstreams. Prior to CIQ, all calculations were performed with excel, which can led to entry/calc errors. I have seen less errors, and the real time visibility it gives to my reps has been a huge plus.

CaptivateIQ's team has been great to work with and communication is above average from other vendors. The initial integration went well and the platform works how we thought it would. I would give 10/10 to any company that needs a tool to help automate comp payouts.
