Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ has some great CSMs on their side. They are knowledgeable, and the software has a promising outlook with the enhancements they have on the schedule. Everything is consistent and reliable. It is really easy to implement new, complex comp plan changes. The software resolves our business needs sufficiently and well.

  • Good CSMs
CaptivateIQ is way easier and requires a smaller team to operate. It is relatively easy to make adjustments, which is very beneficial. However, having better connections from CaptivateIQ to Workday would be helpful. Another good thing about CaptivateIQ is that it requires less technical skills to sufficiently and effectively run.

CaptivateIQ is well suited for any company's commission needs. It works great for Sales commissions. The software is easy to implement comp plan changes. The software can be used for companies with a large or small employee base. What is good about the software is that a dedicated Information Technology team is not required to run the software.
