- Provide options over web browser using WebRTC.
- Login flexibility with multiple domains and ADFS.
- Match the features from Cisco UCM to provide more rich features.
- Reduces support and maintenance for on-prem UC solution.
- Easier to deploy and scale for business.
- Can be used along with Webex solutions such as Webex Meetings.
- Cisco Webex Meetings, Cisco Webex Events and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager)
